Domaine privé exclusif sur 12 acres au bord d'un lac dans la région viticole de l'El Dorado. Emplacement de l'événement vierge. Entrée privée fermée à 7700 sqft Estate. L'emplacement et la succession de notre magie. Belle piscine de 1000 pieds carrés avec jacuzzi. Un nouveau site couvert avec une cheminée, des foyers, une cuisine complÚte et deux salles de bains extérieures. Une vue imprenable sur un domaine à couper le souffle. La zone en bas a été mis en place comme lieu de dégustation de vin, et est l'endroit idéal pour les grands groupes.

Family Summer Gathering

Kids and grandkids from around country got together at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool, large kitchen, walking the grounds, checking out the large garden and the chickens. Really enjoyed having dinners at the very large table in the pool house.

Amazing Experience

This property is absolutely incredible. The home is spacious and gorgeous. The property is absolutely beautiful with a lot of of nature to enjoy. This is one of our very favorite places to stay.

Great property and huge house

This was the perfect property for our group of 14 friends. The pool was necessary during the heatwave and the huge covered outdoor kitchen and dining space were great. There were enough beds for everyone. We also got to check out mama pig and her piglets.

Amazing Property & Rental Experience

We had a wonderful weekend at the Swan Lake Mansion. The grounds are incredible with the pool, covered picnic area, fire pits, swing set, trampoline and of course the farm animals! The house is also very large, luxurious, well stocked, and exceptionally clean. It worked perfectly for our party of 16. The owners/management were extremely prepared and responsive throughout the weekend. Check-in and out was easy. I highly recommend the Swan Lake Mansion!

I just wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience at the place we stayed! It was truly beyond amazing. From the stunning pool to the fantastic patio BBQ area and the fun game room, everything was perfect. The property itself is massive, complete with a lake and a garden. The owners even allowed us to pick our own veggies, which the kids absolutely loved! The only minor issue we encountered were some spiders, but given the size of the estate, it wasn’t a huge concern. Chris was fantastic, always easily accessible whenever we needed to reach out, and had quick turnaround times when we left voicemails or text messages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

great property beautiful setting there few a few issues Hot water to the right side of the house took forever to get hot not that much of a issue for us but for multiple familys that would be a problem and in our opinion some of the kitchen items need ti be replace looking very old and used plus the oven need a good cleaning and lastly the game room area Treadmill did not work and the the videos games buck game did not work i know this sounds like a lot of griping but it more of a suggestion those were our issue but the property is so beautiful just a few things in our opinion need replaced or upgraded

Wonderful Place for a Group Stay

This house at Shingle Springs is a wonderful place to get away. The rental was very well thought out and had all the possible needs you could have as a guest. The house was very comfortable and well decorated. The outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing outside. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and lake were the highlights for us. The bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. All in all this place is wonderful. We definitely would stay here again!

Perfect for Large Family Gathering

We had four households of extended family, 16 people in total, looking to gather for the holidays and this home worked perfectly, we loved our stay. The the large kitchen and dining areas were well stocked and perfect for cooking and eating together, the large living room and game room were ideal for hanging out and playing together, and yet everyone had beds and private space with the ideal bedroom/bathroom configuration. Because it was winter we didn't use the outdoors as much as we normally would have, but the fire pit, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were all enjoyed, and the property is great for walks, enjoying views of the lake and feeding the animals.

We are the Baldivid Family. With our 7 fun and crazy kids, Gods grace and some faithful partners, we own and run Walker Land Co. We purchased our first "invest property” 20 years ago in Leucadia, CA. After 500 trips to Home Depot and bringing our first child home there with no kitchen sink, we have learned a few things. Our kids have unconventionally grown up to see beauty where it is not obvious, finish hard projects and invest in people from all walks of life.

We specialize in creating breathtaking properties for the most discretionary clients, executive groups, and high profile events. But we have also learned a secret. Everyone really wants to feel like they are at “home” with all the creature comforts, amenities and the very place to make memories and connect with friends, clients and loved ones. That is our goal. We find it the highest compliment when our guests schedule their return trip as they leave the driveway. We hope you enjoy your stay in one of our homes.
