CHUCKELLI FARM COSY COTTAGE

Un chalet mignon et confortable séparé de la maison principale vous invite à venir vous évader. Le chalet et la maison principale sont sur 2 acres de terrain bien entretenu. Nous avons plus de 60 arbres fruitiers et quelques poulets. Propriété clÎturée avec portail et portail gardant l'endroit agréable et privé. Beaucoup de place pour le stationnement. Le chalet est en bas d'un court chemin du parking. Nous sommes dans un emplacement central, à proximité des commerces, du parc des expositions de Placerville, des vignobles, d'Apple Hill et du ski. Beaucoup de choses à faire au centre-ville de Placerville, de bons endroits pour manger et se divertir.

Adorable, quiet and comfortable. Small, but cozy. Didn't miss having a TV! Has enough other amenities that you shouldn't want for anything. Plus, there are many convenient stores within minutes. The grounds are lovely and Sunny & Cher, the two cats, will keep you company as you sit outdoors, relaxing. Or feed the chickens, they'll appreciate it. It was a pleasure meeting the owners. Hope to return for another stay.

Peaceful getaway

Chuck and Kelli were great hosts. I needed an iron, and Kelli provided it right away. We had everything we needed...coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, charging stations, guide on what to eat and where to visit. Sweetie Pies was a great recommendation for breakfast on Main St. We went there twice! The property is filled with fruit trees, chickens, two kitties, and a lovely patio. If we go back to Placerville, we'll definitely stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chuckelli Farms, the property was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and attentive, while still giving us privacy and space. The location was near shopping and restaurants, but far enough away where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. We highly recommend a stay here!

What an absolute gem!

"Lovely, just....lovely." beautiful property, beautiful cottage. Chuck and Kelli thought of everything! So much charm and warmth. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. I would have loved to have stayed longer, so I guess that means a return is in my future? Absolutely! Excellent hosts!

Well, atmospheric rivers were pounding California just north of us, but we were graced with cold air, a bit of daytime rain as we explored the Hard Apple Route. We ended with a stroll on Placerville's Main Street *The Hardware Store; *Fountain & Tallman Museum!!! Oh, and a Happy Hour at Poor Red's. Rain fell all night on the cozy cottage while we were snug in our bed. It was all so special ~ thank you to the hosts!

LOVED, LOVED this Cottage

Loved this Cottage it was amazing just as described. It is decorated so darn cute everything was perfect. Thanks for the snacks. The sheets were really soft and smelled amazing and yes, we will be coming back again too. I even feed the chickens which I never had so that was fun too. Sorry we didn't get to meet you but for sure next time. Great place to stay in Placerville for sure A+

Beautiful Cottage and Grounds

Wonderful in all ways. Clean, with plenty of hot water, and so tastefully decorated! Kid size chairs on the deck are thoughtful, and they worked for me. Will definitely recommend!

Perfect Little Cottage

My wife and I loved staying at the cottage. It was very clean, cute, private, and comfortable. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy enough. Overall a fantastic stay at this cottage, if you’re in the area don’t hesitate to stay here!

We love sharing our property with guests. Chuck works full time, but still finds time to maintain the property to look like a park! I manage the vacation rental, coordinate events, work part time as an office manager, and enjoy seasonal creative projects. We’re proud to call historic Placerville home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Come relax and enjoy a little fruit-tree paradise! Our property is home to over 60 fruit trees, with Fuyu persimmons stealing the show—plus pears, apples, figs, peaches, plums, pomegranates, grapes, walnuts, apricots, and even limes. We keep a small summer garden, and when winter rolls around, we let both the land (and ourselves) take a well-earned rest.

Our cottage is very private. We have 2 acres of well maintained lawns, orchard and unique trees. We have hosted a few weddings for our family. The weeping willow is a favorite as well as a 300 year old oak tree that has been wrapped in wisteria vines. There are several seating areas around the property for you to relax in and enjoy.
