Plage, promenade et vélos - PrÚs d'une plage incroyable et à 30 min de Disneyland

Maison contemporaine spacieuse à West Newport parfaitement située prÚs de la plage et de l'extrémité nord de la baie, de l'ßle de Newport et des commodités à proximité. Deux systÚmes de murs en verre à deux volets relient l'espace de vie ouvert au patio extérieur. Une cuisine de chef ouverte, ancrée par une gamme professionnelle Thermador, un réfrigérateur double et un lave-vaisselle à deux tiroirs, un grand ßlot et une barre de petit-déjeuner, est parfaitement adaptée à un regroupement unifamilial ou multifamilial. La maison dispose de cinq chambres et trois salles de bains et demie, avec des couchages pour dix à douze personnes, avec deux des chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Le niveau supérieur dispose d'une grande suite parentale avec une salle de bain complÚte. La cinquiÚme chambre est comme un studio avec un mini coin cuisine. Pour compléter ce paradis d'eau salée, une charmante terrasse sur le toit offre une vue sur l'océan et le port.

Nice Beach House

Very nice indoor/outdoor living. Enjoyed having the bikes. Would highly recommend. The only suggestion is removing or cutting back the cactus on the front patio. Very dangerous and a few of us got stuck by it.

Great house and location

Our family had a wonderful vacation and this house worked perfectly for the 9 of us. The location was great, about a block and a half from the beach. Luckily the garage fit two of our cars, because finding parking for the other two was difficult. We would consider renting this property again.

Great time. A few details to work on: the hot water in the upstairs shower is too hot and is difficult to adjust. Also had asked about fans but several are broken. Love the kitchen. Beautiful home - So Close to the beach

Everything was exactly as described, plenty of room for all 10 of us. The master bedroom pictures don't do it justice so much room in there. The fans in all the bedrooms really helped in the heat of summer. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach location

Everything was as represented in the listing. Short walk to the beach. Very nice property. Parking is problematic, we had 3 cars and did some shuffling between the garage and the street. The house came with 4 great bikes which we took full advantage of. Easy communication with the owner.

Thanksgiving 2019

The place was just the right size for our family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I would mention is to check the roof in the master bedroom. There was a leak but this could have been due to all the rain we had while we were there. We are not from the area but those who lived there said it was unusual weather for that area.

Beautiful Home

Great home and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and we used every bedroom we even came with infant in tow! The house was clean and had beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards! Also a great addition was the 4 beach cruisers. We had brought the children's bikes too and they rode down to Milk and Cookies while I shuttled the baby! Despite lost keys on check out day plus a few other hiccups, our host Sheila was ever so gracious to us and for that I was grateful. All in all, a successful Spring break for the kiddos! Thanksgiving celebration with Family & Friends

We stayed for a week at the house and had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly located with views to the beach from both patios. We rented bikes and cruised up and down the strand and to some great restaurants. Having access to the garage is nice, as parking can be a little challenging. We did a lot of cooking and would have liked better cookware, but most of it seems very dated, old, and worn. There were only three wine glasses and a few water glasses for a party of 13. I had to go to TJ Maxx to buy glasses and candles to add to the ambiance. One of the guest rooms doesn't have a clauset, which could be easily fixed with a "nice" close rack. In general a few general updates would be nice.

Fantastic stay!

Our family came together to celebrate a wedding in the family and needed 5 bedrooms. Sheila's property delivered! The kitchen and family area were beautiful, modern, spacious and allowed us to cook to our hearts desire. We love cooking, eating and chatting and this was a great property for this and enjoying the outdoors while inside with it's fabulous front folding french doors. Everything was cleaned and well stocked with dishes and needed utensils. We did find the top back bedroom to be very hot and would bring an extra fan next time. Parking, as with any place in California can be tough but we really appreciated the two car garage and the wonderful bikes available to us to use! We could not have had a better time! Perfect house, perfect location! This property is exactly how it is described in the listing. We had a good size group that fit perfectly with plenty of space. This house was the most stocked vrbo we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer and are already planning to return!

Newport Bliss was Awesome

Beautiful property a block away from the beach. Clean & spacious home, close to all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Owners were very nice & accommodating and were quick to respond our questions or concerns. We plan to rent this property many times in our future trips & vacations. Walking distance to many good restaurants & stores. Definitely a 5 STAR property.

Nice home near the beach

We have stayed at several properties in Newport Beach and this had mostly all good things. The kitchen was very updated and beautiful. The living space was excellent for gathering around and each of the rooms were far enough away that you didn’t feel cramped. The garage was big enough for 2 smaller cars and they had a ton of beach supplies and the front of the house had a nice deck! All in all I was very happy and would rent from this home again. The few bad things was it was party central on Friday and Saturday night and several of the homes near us there was screaming , heavy drinking , cars revving and none of the grand kids could sleep so that was miserable. I also think for me air conditioner is a must. When you come from the desert and the humidity is 0 and you go to the beach where it was 85% you need something that can cool down the house and get rid of some of that sticky moisture . I thought all in all this home was a B+

We love all that Newport Beach has to offer. After one visit to the area I was completely hooked. We have made many memories spending time with family and friends. Our home is perfect for small groups, families with adult children and even couples.
The home is in a great location to the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, groceries and even banking.
If you are in the mood for tourist attractions you can find shops, restaurants and so many activities to keep you busy for days.
