 Loft contemporain flambant neuf dans le vieux quartier de McKinley Landing, une enclave de chalets sur les rives du lac Okanagan. Il dispose de 3 chambres avec des plafonds de 9 pieds, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains privative avec plancher chauffant, armoires europĂ©ennes, lits queen size, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs 4K, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoirs en quartz, cuisiniĂšre Ă  induction, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle , cafetiĂšre, cafetiĂšre Nesspresso, cafetiĂšre presse française, grille-pain, casseroles, poĂȘles, assiettes et ustensiles. Pour dĂźner et se dĂ©tendre il y a un salon, ouvert sur la cuisine avec plafond de 14 pieds avec le mur de verre pour profiter de la lumiĂšre naturelle et des vues sur le lac et les montagnes. CanapĂ©-lit, table, chaises, 4 tabourets de bar, TV Ă©cran plat est lĂ  pour vous. Nous avons construit cette maison avec l'intention d'ĂȘtre une maison de vacances, donc tous les murs sont insonorisĂ©s et les portes sont Ă  Ăąme pleine, le plancher du rez-de-chaussĂ©e est carrelĂ© et en bĂ©ton teintĂ© au niveau infĂ©rieur pour garder l'endroit extrĂȘmement propre. Pour tous les besoins de buanderie, il y a dans l'unitĂ© une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, une planche et un fer Ă  repasser. Pont couvert pour ces soirĂ©es romantiques oĂč vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter d'une paix absolue et tranquille. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres du lac, au bout de la rue sans issue avec un grand parking pour votre voiture ou votre bateau. À cinq minutes Ă  pied de la maison, nous vous amĂšnerons Ă  l'un des plus beaux parcs de plage du lac Okanagan, oĂč vous pourrez facilement trouver votre paradis privĂ©. En tant qu'amateurs de chiens, nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© d'accepter les animaux de compagnie, mais ils devront ĂȘtre approuvĂ©s avant de rĂ©server. Si vous en apportez un, c'est le paradis des chiens, des kilomĂštres de sentiers de randonnĂ©e, une plage adaptĂ©e aux chiens et Ă  5 minutes en voiture du plus grand parc canin de Kelowna. Pour nos clients avec des bateaux, nous avons maintenant un amarrage privĂ© Ă  amarrer pendant le sĂ©jour, Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la maison. Pas de fĂȘtes, pas d'Ă©vĂ©nements.

Nice views, close beach access

We had a lovely week here, the location is very private and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. The trail to the lake is a bit steep, but the beach is quiet and uncrowded.

From the hosts, to the view, to the space in the condo for our whole family, this vacation spot was ideal. Being able to take our dog to the beach below was also a bonus; as was watching the hummingbirds, and counting the meteors from the balcony in the evenings.

Great Place, Friendly Hosts

We enjoyed staying at "Modern 3 bedroom, 3 en suites, dog-friendly loft with boat mooring in McKinley" with our family. It is an incredible house and a lovely location; the hosts were very kind and friendly. We really appreciated how animal-friendly this place is. A vacation with your pets is the best because who needs a break from them? We are definitely coming back.

A room with a view!

My husband and adult children stayed in this modern townhouse with a beautiful view. The home is very clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with lovely dishes, pots and pans, and appliances that were better than what you'd find in my own home! We appreciated the hospitality and the quiet secluded location. Would definitely stay again at McKinley.

Amazing home and hosts!

Our family (group of 8) enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautiful home. They were extremely pleasant and welcoming from the moment we pulled into the driveway until we left. There were so many delightful extras included (even freezies waiting for our children). We enjoyed the lake views and deer sightings in this quiet neighbourhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful vacation

Excellent accommodations, very well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and other supplies. It was so nice that we could bring the dog and also great that we had a mooring ball for the boat. Great location, close to grocery stores and other amenities but community is just far enough away so that it feels like you are out of town and in a peaceful spot. The hosts, Mariola and Henryk are very kind and they were very helpful. We would definitely book again!

Perfect for Family Gathering

The owner, Henryk was always prompt with communications right from first contact. The well equipped property was perfect for our party of 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Nice to be able to access the little beach at the end of a hot day and then sit on the deck at the house with a glass of local wine while watching hummingbirds visit the wildflowers.

'Seeing is believing '.A few years ago our friends invited us for a sail around McKinley Landing area and we simply felt in love with the beautiful Doodney Rd Beach Park. Few months later when walking down to our sailboat, I noticed a building lot for sale. Someone had bought it 30 years ago and never did anything to it when everything else grew around, the houses and the trees. As soon as we closed the deal the planning and building have started and here we are, fulfilling our life time dream that we would like to share with our guests. Once you come here to McKinley you'll know "why this property'

Close proximity to the lake and beach. Peaceful , quiet , superbly clean and it's still smells like new house.
