30 day minimum stay, non smoking and no pets. Enjoy beautiful views & jumping fish in this peaceful, quaint community. Lovely open concept 3 bedroom ranch/rambler style home with large kitchen and entertainable spaces. Large two tier deck off nook/family room with boat lift (if boat lift is needed please message owner), jet ski and kayak ramp. You can be an avid fisherperson; fish right off the decks/docks or bring your boat and/or jet ski, as the fishing is a quick 11 minute boat ride to Laguna Madre or Intercoastal waterway (ICW). Home is set up for a home work station with dual monitors and fast WIFI. Home is in a terrific location for sunshine, fishing, boating & is fully equipped w/everything you will need for the perfect staycation. Centrally located to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, entertainment.

The house is beautiful and has a wonderful coastal feel!! It was extremely well stocked. Mary was very communicative and helpful if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Mary and Scott's place.

We loved staying at this property. It is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the island. The house is clean and well equipped and we loved sitting on the deck. Our hosts checked on us to make sure everything was ok. There were no problems and we hated to leave. We would definitely stay here again. P.S. We loved watching the Superbowl with the big screen tv and excellent sound system. It was the only time we were indoors.

Mary and Scott’s cozy waterfront home

After a late delayed flight into Corpus, it was sure wonderful to arrive at Mary and Scott’s waterfront home. It was easy to find and the check-in was super smooth and easy. Although we didn’t get to really experience nice sunny Corpus Christi weather and there weren’t many fishing guides going out due to weather my husband and his friend were able to fish off the back deck no matter what the weather was while my friend and I were able to stay warm and cozy inside watching movies on HBOmax and Netflix. This home is equipped with pretty much everything you need even a jacuzzi bath in the master. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Quiet off season getaway

Husband and I had a relaxing stay here. The house is nice, clean and comfortable. Great location, close to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Mary, the owner, was just a phone call away. Very helpful and available. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, great location

The location of the house is great! It's a very short drive to the beach, and restaurants, plus it's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The deck area in the back was my favorite part. I really enjoyed being out there. As for the house it's nice, clean, and spacious. Communication with the owner's was good. Quick to reply, and very nice, and respectful. I would recommend this house to anyone, and would definitely book again.
