Ce merveilleux condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et meublĂ© avec vue sur le canal est Ă  quelques pas de la plage, piscine chauffĂ©e en hiver, bain Ă  remous, centre de remise en forme ultramoderne ouvert 24h / 24, Ă©tang de pĂȘche en eau salĂ©e alimentĂ© en direct avec jetĂ©e sur , a Ă©tĂ© mise Ă  jour en novembre 2018. Nous proposons un lit king size et un lit queen size avec surmatelas et un canapĂ©-lit queen size avec matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme. Nous avons Ă©galement 2 magnifiques maisons en rangĂ©e Ă  Nemo Cay: 2 lits (6 couchages) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "et sƓur 3 lits Ă  cĂŽtĂ© (8 couchages)" Leave a Lure "VRBO # 607522 pour les grands groupes ou louer les deux, comme ainsi qu'un nouveau 2 ch, rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vue sur la piscine, Ă  pied de la plage VRBO # 465887. Grands restaurants, shopping, promenade facile jusqu'Ă  la plage, jetĂ©e de Bob Hall pour pĂȘcher et manger sur l'eau. Location de voiturettes de plage et parc aquatique Schlitterbahn ainsi que la grande ville de Corpus Christi avec de grands restaurants, des visites de l'USS Lexington, un aquarium d'État, des excursions de pĂȘche et la belle ville de Port Aransas Ă  seulement 20 minutes sur la cĂŽte, des excursions de pĂȘche au large, chartes en bateau, Sand Fest en avril Ă  voir absolument, grands restaurants et vie nocturne. Tant Ă  offrir alors venez passer vos vacances ou un week-end, et dĂ©tendez-vous les pieds dans le sable. Everything was absolutely perfect! The host was attentive, answered quickly and everything about the condo was so quaint. If we did not have prior engagements to get back to, we would've booked two more nights.

Clean house. Great pool. Loved the patio. The AC was great and kept the house cool. Communication with the host was instant. The location is amazing. I defintely recommend and would love to stay again.

The pool was nice I didn’t see any information about an entry cove for the pool. Neighbors shared that information. House was very clean, and well maintained.

Very nice place, will be back. it was only my husband and I and my 2 year old grandson. The seperate bedroom was not used. Love the location and the easy access to the pool. Great place.

While traveling to Texas, the property manager Veronica was absolutely courteous and communicative. She text me various times to see if we had checked in and if we were ok which was a plus! She let me know that the condo had been cleaned and sanitized which was a good feeling. We arrived at the location pretty late night as road tripping is stop and go when you have children. We arrived at the location and went in to the property which looked cute, but then as we took a good look, everything looked so dirty and gross. The cushions in the dining room table were so stained with water stains & feathers everywhere. There was not even vacuuming done during clean up at this point. I usually disinfect places we stay and it takes me about 30 minutes because my daughter has medical conditions and I need to make sure that mostly the bathrooms are super clean & sanitized. However, after inspecting the entire house, it was super filthy. I had to wash the bedding as we found bugs and yellow stains on the bedding and at this point wash all the towels as I was pretty grossed out after seeing bugs in the bed and how dirty the house was.I had to clean out the fridge as it was filthy! I sent a message to the owner after and I had said I wouldn't post this but after consideration and the lack of apology and attention to this, I have to be open and clear about the bad conditions. I was not offered a discount not a refund for these matters. Very disappointed in this stay,

Babies 1st trip

This was our 9 months old 1st vacation, and our 13 year old son with special needs loved this place. Very easy on communication, very clean apon arrival. Kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Was the perfect place for our stay.

Corpus weekend trip

This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!

Nice property

It is a beautiful property and well maintained! I would suggest providing a beach umbrella and some chairs for the beach.For the guests I would suggest having a vehicle when you come to stay because there’s really very little other than the beach close by.
