Welcome to my Marina and Resort condo!
Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the convince!
Close to all the beaches!
My condo has a fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool).
Bring your water toys, fishing gear, And have fun!
One bedroom overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view.
The loft has a queen bed.
Two couch beds in the roomy living room.
A fully updated kitchen and bathroom.
Deep cleaning!! No pet!

The space
What I like about my space.
1. The View from the bedroom and private patio
2. Security guard on site 24 hours.
3. Fishing Dock at the widest canel.
6. Short access to the bay to fish
7. a lot of boat slip available for the guests
8. Fishing dock and swimming pool right under my unit

Guest access
The fishing dock and Marina is the common area.
first come, first serve.
The outside and the indoor swimming pool ( at the main building )are shared.
( Wearing the swimming band are required)
The BBQ area and BBQ pits are shared.
The Gym and Library are also shared.
One assigned parking and one shared parking is available for guests

Other things to note
Please, Use the guest only refrigerator and closest.
We have 24 hours security guard on site.
the swimming band and a parking pass are required when you use the places.
The office has free wifi and they are very helpful.
Please, Return the parking pass and swimming pool band when you leave.
($10 find for each missing band and pass)
The CVS and the Dollar store has the most groceries.

It was a great location and outdoor pool was great. Even though its the end of December, it was 80 degrees!! So my husband and son enjoyed fishing from the doc, while we enjoyed the pool at the same time. The building itself is a little outdated but seems like they are making improvements to it.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom sink/counter. We had a comfortable stay. Great location and view of the canal. The bathroom toilet near the bedroom mostly worked, but sometimes would not flush. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Single mom of five vacay

This was a perfect and affordable stay for my three boys who love to fish off the pier and girls who love to watch the sun rise and sunset while doing their devotional. The other people staying there were friendly and helpful. The tiny drive to the beach was great however, I would have preferred to have walked due to the sand in my car. BUT the memories made out weighed the mess!!!

Great place!

The dock was nice and well lite at night to fish. The restaurants are near and down the road so you don’t have to travel far, the condo was great and clean. No issues.

The location is perfect I was able to fish and the kids were able to swim win win views are amazing it's 10 star in my books thank you for the experience it was much needed

Decent apartment stay for a small family

The property is located just off the main highway on padre island and just 5 mins drive to beach. It is a very compact apartment for 4 member stay but certainly not for 6 members. Though it is mentioned as 2 bedroom in the online listing, it is actually a single bedroom apartment with the second bed present in the loft. If people are not able to climb to the loft, then second bed cannot be accessible. Apart from the online listing wrongly listed as 2 bedroom, things seems to be okay for a decent stay

The water view and location had to be my favorite things from my stay here. The condo complex is on the older side. The condo it self was clean, the kitchen and restroom vanity are updated. A few simple suggestions for improvement: The furniture needs updating, we saw what was under the sofa covers. The kitchen table wasn’t steady and you could tell where someone attempted to reinforce it. It kept swaying every time we sat down to eat. The kitchen utensils & dishes look overly used and need to be replaced. One of the restroom doors was breaking and it kept getting caught on the restroom mat. The balcony was not in the best condition. This place could use some extra TLC.
