Perfect little spot !

Great room at a great price!

We stayed in #5 and really liked the space. It had a mini kitchenette and a good sized room. The bathroom is tiny but that didn't bother us. A couple minute walk to the beach. I would stay there again!

I like the back courtyard and the pool where everyone gathered- it was nice to meet others. It was easily walkable to the ocean and restaurants. David was always available.

Pool and Beach

This was perfect for an R&R vacation. There is a small pool right outside the door and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. And the beach is the most beautiful I've seen in the US (feels like you are on a Caribbean Island with the soft white sane and clear blue water. Plus the host was very accomodating with any questions I had during my stay.

Mini spot but great location

Lovely little efficiency unit that was extremely basic but well located. Didn’t expect much re the unit and was pleasantly surprised as to the access to beach and fabulous restaurants. Very basic unit with limited facilities but location is every!

Everything we needed

The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had a small issue with a slow sink drain and it was repaired within a couple hours of when I messaged the owner. Location is very convenient. Close to the beach and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice property in a good location. Walkable to beach and restaurants. The A.C. In our room may need some attention, it never did get very cool. Enjoyed the trip.

March to the beach

Great stay! We had a problem with the AC remote control but management was very responsive. One side note: The listing said all newly remodeled, but not all - the bathroom is quite dated but no issues.

Siesta Key

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key and the Crescent villa was perfect for us. It was clean and new and quiet. It was exactly as we had expected it to be. We loved that we could walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. Siesta Key is such a beautiful area, love that all the beaches are so different. We will definitely be back!

Long Weekend Away

All was good!! I stayed in a one bedroom villa, quiet, clean, and bright with all amenities that I needed. The host was prompt in sending welcome emails and the security code for the villa I stayed in. Beach was in close walking distance and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to choose from to take with you. Fantastic for a short getaway; close to beach, nice heated pool, convenient to everything

This is a clean, well decorated studio - king bed and kitchenette (not a full refrigerator but holds basics for breakfast and lunch and a bag of ice in freezer. Nice big closet. Shower is small but nice. Door opens to a nice table to eat net to a heated pool. Beach is a short 3 min walk past some beautiful homes and down a pretty sand trail. Beach is white sand.

Weekend Getaway

Place clean, quiet, bed very comfortable, location nice & short walk to beach. Facility very accommodating. Would stay again. Our only issue with villa 5 was the shower was very small. We did have a couple of suggestions: hooks on door or walls to hang towels or wet things. Also, a small table vs coffee table would of been more useful. No place to sit and eat, unless you go outside by pool which is fine as long as it's not raining.

Rooms where very nice pool very nice a lot of clutter if beach chairs and beach supplies around my room area . A/C in room was not working properly checked filter in unit and it was filthy. Not very much hot water when showering . Mattress and base where very unstable. Needs better maintenance on unit.

Ready to come back it was so wonderful!

This little cottage room is in a great location. The area is residential yet commercialized with the rented housing. Very quiet street and very friendly neighbors out and about each morning. A quick walk to public beach access #13 and just a 2 minute walk to Midnight Pass to catch a free trolley if you want to go to the village! Dave (the owner) was on sight every day of our stay. Very, very friendly and personable. He showed us the 1 bedroom cottage he was flipping and personally, I think that will be my next rental when we go back. We had a couple of cool days but with the pool in the center of the complex, you didn't realize how cool it was because we were protected from the wind. We met new Ohio friends while at the pool and had an enjoyable time with them! If you are looking for a little get away from the Midwest Cold Climate, I highly recommend you consider this place of stay! We had a wonderful time and are ready to come back, hopefully next March! Thanks Dave for your hospitality!

Perfect getaway!

This property is in the perfect location. My wife and I needed a break to celebrate our anniversary and this was just what we wanted. Close to restaurants, shops and a quick stroll to the beach! We will be coming back.
