Family-Friendly Los Gatos Home

Our home is fully equipped for a young family to enjoy with kids and pets and remote work. This house has with great outdoor spaces and even better location. Located on a quiet street and just 1.5 blocks from a beautiful park. Come enjoy our home while we are on vacation.

Front yard has patio with 2 chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun and a tree fort for the kids to play in.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies necessary to cook a meal at home and has granite counters, breakfast table, and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a children's table with two seat.

Our sunlit living room/dining room has a full dining table with seats for 6, a fireplace, and glass slider out to the backyard patio. The living room couch has a full sized pull-out bed.

There are three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an attached bathroom.

The kid's room has two toddler beds, bookshelf full of children's books for ages ranging from 2-6 years old, and plenty of toys appropriate for children aged 3-6. ***If needed, the two toddler beds can be removed and replaced with one twin bed. This request needs to be communicated to the host at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the reservation. ***

The office has a desk with 2 monitors and a desk chair. This room also has a twin size bed. It has lots of natural light and french doors that open to the back yard. In addition, there is a Schwinn IC4 spin bike and yoga mat available for use.

Hallway bathroom has shower/tub combo.

Backyard patio with outdoor table and seating for 8, two large umbrellas, a propane BBQ, a propane fire pit, and string lights for evening relaxation.

Our neighborhood is quiet, very walkable, with lots of families. We are walking distance to a lovely park, Trader Joes, ACE hardware, Panera, and a few other stores. We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Los Gatos, Vasona Park, downtown Campbell and close access to the Los Gatos Creek trail. Only 30 minutes from Santa Cruz and multiple trails and parks.

We are pet friendly with an additional pet fee and security deposit.
