Family Time

Unique property with old charm. Great outdoor patio area for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, host was very attentive and easy to reach.

Wonderful Getaway

Rezan and Nazan were the best hosts. Very responsive and even fixed me Turkish tea and dessert. The property is magical with a view of the mountains in the back and feels very secluded but only a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent property and great location

This was probably one of the best properties we stayed at with with lots of rooms and space. The property is nestled in a very nice setting with trees and shrubbery. It is close to Los Gatos with a side walk leading to downtown if you want a 15 min walk. The hostess, Rezan, made check-in very easy and she is a very pleasant person and helpful with a quick call. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are visiting the area.

Holiday Get-Together with Family

This property fit our specific holiday needs well - we have a lot of family in the area that live in small apartments and owing to the large dining table and ample size of the living room, this worked out well for family dinners of up to 8 people. Host was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had enough place settings for 8 people and even dropping off a small Christmas gift.

Great place to relax, while being close to the city

Fairy HIll is an enchanting property. The house and grounds invite you to destress and let yourself be surrounded by nature, beauty, and flowing water. It is very well located, near downtown Los Gatos and a short drive to San Jose. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. They make you feel like family guests. Will definitely return.

Terribly misrepresented property

This property is not a nice place to stay during the summer. Please don’t listen to the owner when they invite you to stay in their oven of a home. The property is advertised as not having A/C, but they also need to clarify to people traveling from out of state that it routinely reaches above 80° inside the home during the summer, with all the fans running the property still increased to 83°F inside and we had to make the decision to leave for the safety of our 21 month old because he was overheating and could not rest. We often rent homes in Colorado that do not have A/C, but they are in areas where it does not l get above 80° outside during the summer months which doesn’t require A/C. In Los Gatos California we learned from locals, after leaving this property, that it is absolutely necessary to have A/C especially for the safety of infants and very young children. We only stayed in the property for 1 hour between 1 & 2pm on July 2nd. When we arrived at the home it was 80° inside and in the hour the property temperature increased to 83°F. Again, we had all the fans running inside the property and the temperature still increased 3° during the short time we were there. I contacted both the owner & VRBO, neither was understanding or helpful to resolving the fact that we were rented an unsatisfactory & extremely unsafe property. For the money we wasted here we could have stayed at a nice resort property instead. The property is a scam and gross for the price.

Dear Jared, When you make a wrong move, you have to accept your action. It is a business for us, we reserved those days for you. Leaving early was your decision. As you assumed, this property is not listed under air condition and ocean view. The summer in this area is the same as yours, around 70-80 F, which does not require A/C. 90 F and more is hot, and in this area, we only have a few days like that every summer. The days are always cool in the mornings and when the sun starts to come down. In this property, you can feel the lower temperature as soon as you enter the garden. Many high red oaks, pine trees, vegetation, and a water-running fish pond make the difference. It is not a waterfront but a unique property, a tiny paradise with fairies. We have many different cooling systems in the house. The house has ceiling fans, Dyson, air purifiers, and extra movable floor fans. When you use all those gadgets, leaving the windows open, you obviously can not cool the house. Anyway, despite your being insulting and yelling, I always respond to you kindly. It is not fair to use the scam word. We have been doing this as a business for over five years and have over 300 happy guests from different platforms thanking us for the peace and spiritual experience.
