C'est un super endroit au coeur du centre-ville d'Orlando, prĂšs d'une tonne de restaurants, de vie nocturne, du Dr. Centre Philips, arĂ©na d'Amway (environ 10 minutes Ă  pied), Publix et lac Eola. Il y a une kitchenette avec Ă©vier, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle, verres, couverts, etc. (pas de poĂȘle). Hulu w showtime, Netflix, amazon prime et une antenne numĂ©rique.
La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen mais la chambre est un petit espace.

A nice stay in a great location.

The house is situated a block away from Lake Eola and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a Publix within walking distance. The room was clean and well furnished.

This is a perfect spot if you need a place near the Dr. Phillips Center with a kitchen and spacious bathroom. The living room is also cozy. The best perk is FREE PARKING!

The unit was as described in the listing. It was perfect for overnight stay downtown within walking distance of Dr. Philips Center. Beds were very comfortable and coffee was provided for our morning wake up. Our host was easy to get ahold of when I had issues with the shower. That was the only downside. Hot water took a long time to kick in and just know that it’s the shower not sink that is reversed with the hot and cold but once you find the sweet spot for the hot water, it was fine. A huge positive is parking on the premises. The host provided specific instructions for entering and exiting the unit. This historic home had wonderful vibes and was very clean. I would stay again.

This was a great option for my friend and I who were traveling. It had two separate bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a nice seating area. It’s pretty much in downtown, we walked very easily to the Orlando magic stadium and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance around the home. would definitely stay here again, and I really appreciated the communication from the property management company.

Quickie trip

We would definitely stay again. We live in Jax, and came down to run The Best Damn Race. The starting line was literally a 5 minute walk, Publix, and dining are a block away, not to mention Beautiful lake eola...

Perfect Location

Very easy to find, historical home in a quiet neighborhood tucked between the ever growing city. A coffee shop around the corner, and right down the street is Lake Eola for a morning or evening stroll. A Publix grocery store just steps away. The home is very secure, with off street parking, comfortable bed, couch and air conditioning. Everything about our stay was just right. beautiful Lake Eola

Property as described. I own my own property that I rent and ensure the whole property is open to whoever rents it. I didnt like how i would have to pay more for a bedroom that is locked. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Internet fidnt work but faulty equipment. Shower didn't work. Trash was found in the cusions of the couch. Perfect location for downtown. Owner is responsive.

Terrible experience

The host is completely unreliable. I paid full for the property over one month beforethe stay. Asked several times for the check in info in advance and never provided it just saying that it was going to be provided at the time of check in. Check in was at 3pm. At 3:15 pm sent me a message saying that he booked the apartment using another platform and the apartment was already occupied!!!! He left me and my family homeless at the last minute and we came from another city!!!! HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM USING VRBO! Is obvious he doesnt know what he is doing.

Just right!

This place is in a great area downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants, lounges and venues. There was a Publix grocery within walking distance as well. The property itself was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Only a block away from the best food and nightlife in Orlando. Very clean and safe. Coded locks on every door felt very secure. Make sure you contact the owner before hand if you need two bedrooms. I was confused by the listing but maybe I’m just dumb. Over all really nice for the price

Great downtown location

This place feels like a residential island in downtown Orlando. Within easy walking distance to the Doctor Phillips Center, Lake Eola and other downtown event locations. This was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Thank you for a great stay.

Cozy Cottage

The Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we needed and access to the large front porch was a bonus!
