Un hors concours parmi le reste! Tous les nouveaux meubles élégants de ce condo récemment rénové de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains situé au deuxième étage de l'Arizona Biltmore, dans une propriété en copropriété fermée de style resort parfaitement située. De bon goût et confortablement meublé et mis à jour au cours de la dernière année. Crispy propre et géré professionnellement comme une unité de location à temps plein. Vous aimerez le plan d'étage ouvert et lumineux et vous vous sentirez comme à la maison quand vous arriverez. Ouvrez les portes de votre patio par la porte coulissante et profitez du merveilleux espace frais pour un café matinal ou pour lire un bon livre. Nous avons préparé de nombreux petits extras comme des épices, du café moulu, des filtres, des crémiers, des Keurig K Cups, etc. Comprend un roi dans le maître et un double plus un jumeau dans la deuxième chambre (peut être rapproché pour former le rapprochement d'une reine - veuillez informer le propriétaire). WiFi gratuit, écrans plats dans chaque chambre, nombreuses chaînes et chaînes Rokus sur chaque téléviseur pour pouvoir regarder avec Netflix ou d’autres abonnements. La propriété est adjacente au célèbre parcours de golf de Biltmore et à 5 minutes en voiture de plusieurs autres terrains de golf. Piscine communautaire chauffée, spa, centre de remise en forme et sauna. Accès facile avec un espace désigné dans le parking souterrain. Pas d'escalier nécessaire! Paula's property in Scottsdale was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Property was immaculate, well maintained, and very comfortable for our family. We would highly recommend this property and plan on staying here on our future visits.

All around great rental

The location is as nice as it looks in the photos. Very well kept, modern condo unit in a nice neighborhood, centrally located, with easy parking and access. Would gladly rent again if I ever find myself in Phoenix.

I can't say enough about the condominium! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean, and close to restaurants, shopping, the airport, and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again. Paula was very accommodating and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pool is wonderful, too!!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed here, and enjoyed it thoroughly, once again. The location is terrific--close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and fitness center are real assets. Paula, the host, was very responsive to all of our needs. We'll be coming again.

The pool area was amazing. Walking distance to Safeway and other restaurants. The only suggestion I have is more towels. There was only the decorative ones in the bathroom with a few pool towels.

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect rental for us. It was spotless which is always number one on my list. The location was great. The condo was well stocked - we had everything we needed. Safeway was just outside the gate which was very convenient. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, many walks around the area and just being lazy by the pool. The grounds are beautiful just like a resort. Just can't say enough about our experience - we highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Couldn’t be happier! Spacious. Great location in the development close to pool. Enjoyed the outdoor deck and comfy couch in living room. We ate in so appreciated kitchen. More food staples and pans would have been nice but we made due with the salt and pepper. Laundry was handy. Work out facility was great. Soooo quiet and clean! Rooms were spacious. Beds were a little hard but nice bedding. Great location near amenities and hiking. Owner was so gracious. Would highly recommend to all ages and two to six guests. Highly recommend and would come back.Thanks!

Hi Sandy. Thanks so much for your review. Just so other guests are made aware, we do keep 25 different spices in a spice rack on the counter, olive oil & vinegar, ground coffee, creamers, sugar, stevia, tea and Keurig K cups available to our guests. We cannot keep food staples like bread crumbs or flour around because of the hazard of food safety and the Board of Health. In fact, we are so intensely focused on cleanliness & health that we constantly rotate the spices! In terms of the mattresses, I'm sorry you didn't love them as we invested in the Westin Heavenly Mattresses (we buy them directly from the manufacturer under a private label) so we thought they would be perfect for all people and body types. I personally love a super duper smushy mattress but not everyone does! Thank you again for taking the time to create a review & I'm so glad I was able to give you so many tips for hiking, dining, farmer's market, etc. that you actually took us up on! Paula

Spacious Condo in Resort Setting

Paula’s condo allowed us to be self-sufficient for 2 weeks in her very clean, spacious unit yet it felt like we were staying at a luxury resort. We spent hours on the large shady, quiet balcony complete with area mats & wicker furniture. In her well stocked kitchen, we were able to cook many meals with easy access to a grocery store next door & bbqs nearby. The pool was only steps away and often empty of others. There’s even a washer & dryer within her unit. Paula is the ultimate host who responded quickly to our inquiries (from restaurants to walking tour suggestions) and thoughtfully provided many extras from tv tables to bathtub nonslip mats. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will definitely return to one of Paula’s properties.

Quality Is The Operative Word

This place is fantastic. I stayed here with two friends and used it as a base to attend two Diamondbacks games. We are all in our mid-seventies and we appreciate amenities. Well, we had that here. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, extremely comfortable beds, TV in every room, close to restaurants, extremely clean---this place has it all. And, our host, Paula, was gracious and willing to go out of her way to help us enjoy our time in Phoenix. This condo is a winner. Here's one note---we were not able to open the vertical blinds in the smaller bedroom. That was certainly not a big problem. This rental is a winner.

Paula has a beautiful condo! We had a very busy weekend while we were there, so we did not get to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort. I did enjoy having a Keurig there with kcups available so that I could drink my coffee out on the patio. Absolute beautiful view of Camelback. I could hear the fountain from around the corner and it was just so very pleasant! While I did not get in the pool, I did walk around and sit by it for a little while. Easy access to Safeway, coffee shops, and restaurants. Parking was easy and convenient, mattresses, and bedding were very comfortable! The water pressure in the primary shower was out of this world! If we need to stay in that area, we will definitely book this again!

Second time staying

This was our second time staying at this location. It is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. If I could give this a 1000/10 I would. It is in a perfect location close to hikes, downtown, restaurants and walking distance to a grocery store. Whenever we go to Phoenix we will always stay here!

Checked all the boxes for our kick off to summer 22 vacation

This was a great central location to all the areas we visited in Phoenix on our start to summer vacation! The pool was amazing temperature, size and very close to the unit. We dined at a great restaurant and shopped at Safeway that are walking distance from the unit. We enjoyed the fashion show mall not far from this location and caught a baseball game at Chase field. We also visited friends that live in Chandler. This location worked great! The check in process was easy and the unit had smart tvs in each room, plenty of towels and was clean.
