Heron Hideaway: Cottage Lamoka avec terrain privé de 3/4 acres, bord de lac plat de 135 '

Évadez-vous à "HERON HIDEAWAY", niché sur le côté ouest pittoresque du lac Lamoka sur un terrain privé surdimensionné avec plus de 135 'de NIVEAU LAKEFRONT. À cette escapade 2BR isolée, confortable et économique, vous apprécierez le porche fermé, les meubles de jardin, le foyer, le quai privé et le canoë.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas au bord du lac, ainsi qu'un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière et Keurig, ainsi qu'une table et des chaises.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé qui sort dans le lit queen, chaise, et rocker. Divertissement intérieur avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD / BLU-RAY et de nombreux films, jeux de société, cartes et puzzles.

Chambre # 1 comprend (1) lit queen et grande commode
Chambre n ° 2 a (1) lit pleine taille, et (1) lit double avec commode et fenêtre AC unité.
Les locataires doivent apporter leur propre linge.

Le porche inclus est livré avec une bascule, des sièges supplémentaires, et une table basse, qui vous donnent une belle vue sur la cour et le lac.

Dehors, vous apprécierez la grande cour plate et herbeuse. L'allée est raide, mais il y a beaucoup de stationnement de niveau. Livré avec une table de pique-nique, barbecue, meubles de jardin, balançoires, hamac et foyer. Le DOCK est parfait pour votre bateau, ou vous pouvez utiliser le canoë fourni. Il y a beaucoup de pêche à partir du quai, mais ce n'est pas recommandé pour la baignade. Pagayez sur le côté nord du lac pour une île avec une plage de galets idéale pour la baignade.

À proximité des vignobles de Finger Lakes, des sentiers de randonnée, de Watkins Glen et des attractions touristiques.

Notez qu'il n'y a pas de WiFi disponible, mais la réception des cellules LTE est généralement fiable.

Everything was AWESOME! Great place and get away. Close to Dollar General incase you need anything. Stayed for a week and wife wanted longer. Definitely will book again.

Ya gotta love these quaint cottages built in the fifties, we just love the enclosed porch overlooking the water. Our boat at the dock when you get up in morning, perfect.

Cute cottage stayed in May so very quiet on the lake. Our stay was wet and cold, so the cottage was cozy and we visited the area attractions and played games. Caught some fish, a couple big ones.

Exactly what we were looking for…

Great place right on the water. Close enough to the wineries while allowing a more remote stay outside of the busy areas around Seneca. Fishing from the dock in the evening was fantastic.

Property was easy to find and location was PERFECT. Only negative I could say is grass was a long and could have been cut before our stay. We would stay again for sure!

Peaceful and relaxing

A bit out of the way from "all the action", but that is what a lake cabin is for, right? It had everything we needed (except I didn't notice "bring your own linens and towels" in the listing, and had to hit Walmart since we flew in, but that worked out okay. ) Would stay again if we are in the area.

Relaxing by the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant and enjoyable time. Screen door sticking was really the only issue we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend to everyone and I hope to stay again.

NEW OWNERS! The Hoffmans live in Lancaster County, PA but fell in love with the Finger Lakes when they visited for the first time back in 2013. They are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy hiking, fishing and paddling along with their two American Alsatians, Windy & Odin.

We chanced upon Heron Hideaway on our first ever vacation to the Finger Lakes, and enjoyed the cottage as renters. While the whole area is beautiful, we loved Lamoka Lake right away, because it's perfect for fishing and paddling our canoes and kayaks. When we returned years later and had the opportunity to purchase the cottage, it was a no-brainer.

We've never stayed in a place that was so peaceful and relaxing. Who doesn't love a cozy little cottage where you can wake up and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the porch with your morning coffee? Sure we're biased, but we believe it's one of the best lots on the entire lake - beautiful views, private, a great dock and excellent fishing. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!
