Timeless Lakefront Cottage avec quai privé - East Pond Région des lacs de Belgrade

Chalet pittoresque au bord du lac disponible Ă  la location dans les plus beaux mois de l'annĂ©e. Calme, paisible avec une grande pĂȘche et une faune Ă  voir - aigles, balbuzards, colibris, huards, cerfs et les rares orignaux! Propre et rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour. Une heure au nord des magasins d'usine Ă  Freeport, ME et une heure 15 minutes au nord de la grande ville de Portland, ME. Beaucoup de choses Ă  faire un jour de pluie - jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, cinĂ©ma local, bowling, restaurants, musĂ©e et bien plus encore.

Loved the camp! This one was my fave. Huge plus that the kitchen was well-equipped and there was AC along with kayaks and a canoe.

This cottage is extraordinary. Owner maintains property beautifully, supplies are stocked, cottage is clean and the view of the pond is amazing. Kayaks and life vest available to use. This was a peaceful restful vacation that my friends and I enjoyed.

Jody continues to supply guests with a wonderfully clean, kept cottage and that is stocked with many amentities. Perfect location on our favorite lake in Maine. She is very responsive to needs and responds back quickly. This was our fifth year of staying at the home and hope for many more stays.

Great Cottage Getaway

Great spot right on quiet East Pond. Cottage is perfect and had everything and more than we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Highly recommended rental.

Relaxing vacation

This is our second year staying in the cottage. We had a wonderful trip enjoying the kayaks and the canoe that were included in our stay. We also enjoyed the local hiking trails, swimming, and sitting on the dock enjoying the gorgeous view. My husband caught quite a few bass fishing from the dock. Jody was very helpful with suggestions on local places to visit and very quick to respond to texts and email. I can’t say enough about this cottage. We hope to return again next year!

Rustic cabin in a fantastic location

This cabin was perfect for my family vacation. Having use of kayaks and a canoe made for some fun days on the water. Added bonus - a dryer for all of those damp towels!

Another vacation in paradise

East Pond is such a special place for us and staying at Jody's is so special. We feel cared for and have everything we could possibly need for a wonderful two weeks. She is so responsive to needs and really cares about her guests. You can do no wrong in picking this awesome cottage.

Perfect Maine Summer

Spent two wonderful weeks here. It's the perfect Maine summer vacation. Was able to do some remote work. Spent tons of time in and on the lake. The house is just the right size for our family of 4. Well equipped and clean.

Lovely cottage

My family and I had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The cottage was exactly what we wanted. We loved fishing from the dock, kayaking and swimming. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the dock. Jody was a wonderful host and was available to answer all questions as well as making some great recommendations of things to do in the area. Perfect week on East Pond

Paradise on East Pond

This is our third stay at Jody's cottage on East Pond and we were once again so happy. The place is well stocked with everything we could possibly need (except of course the sheets and towels you are asked to bring) and the place is spotless. We truly recommend this place and wonderful host who is so responsive to her guests' needs. Thank you Jody for our stay in one of our favorite vacation spots.

Great for families

Wonderful property on a serene lake. Jody was a wonderful host and we are so grateful for the memories made on East Pond. There was more than enough space for our family of five and there were plenty of games and a well rounded selection of movies to entertain during downtime / rainy days. Morning fishing off the dock was a great way to start each day!

great summer lake week

Cottage was perfect for our annual week on the lake. Small but functional kitchen fed lots of family and friends. The cottage is small enough to encourage everyone to spend lots of time outside, but roomy enough for hanging out on our one rainy day. New dock steps were a hit!

Two weeks in Paradise

Once again, Jody and the cleaning crew have gone above and beyond in supplying us not only with a clean house but also all the amentities we could need. We are grateful for her sharing her home with us so we can continue enjoying East Pond - this being our 20th year in a row (excluding Covid shutdown in 2020) and 30 years at our favorite lake.

Well cared for property with everything you need

Delightful and well cared for property with everything we needed for a week away from it all. Loved waking up with the rising sun, swimming off the dock, and taking my breakfast outside. For being a settled area, the water was mostly clear with very little boat traffic - very relaxing and great for taking the kayak or canoe out. Lots of aquatic wildlife to watch. The host was great and offered constant support and even activity ideas when it was raining. Highly recommended.

Amazing Waterfront Experience

We had an amazing stay at the property. It was stocked well with all of the essentials that make a rental house easy to enjoy. (Spices, oil, sugar, ziploc bags, extra toothbrushes, wireless speaker, etc.) We brought our 19’ bass boat and caught a few dozen smallmouth and largemouth bass around the pond. Swimming was easy and fun, with brownie points for the steps with handrail that led down into the water. We saw so many loon families and enjoyed their calls. Thank you for a great visit!

East Pond Maine

Wonderful experience staying on East Pond. The house was in a fantastic location directly on the lake, was clean, well maintained and was well equipped with the small items to make the stay easy (ziplock bags, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, spices, etc.). The location was quiet, peaceful and There were kayaks and a canoe available to use. The property owner, Jody, was super attentive, communicative and responsive. The washing machine was broken but Jody paid for in town full service laundry! Was an incredible experience all around. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage on the Lake

We are a bit of a traveling circus with four kids in tow, so spending a week at your adorable cottage was the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of our normal "activity overload" lifestyle. There was the total wow factor from the kids the moment we pulled up... the house, the lake, the upstairs bedroom, the art supplies... everything made them "Ooo" & "Aaahh"! The first half of the week was spent fishing from your dock -- I think we exhausted all the sunnies & bass living nearby with the kids' constant catch & release. Three out of four of our kids enjoyed the kayaks & canoe, but they all LOVED swimming! I loved watching them swim while enjoying my book in the comfortable Adirondack chairs (dry & warm!). If you're thinking about renting this cottage, you won't find a more attentive host than Jody. She has really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable & feel like home.

Perfect October Getaway on East Pond

What a spectacular extended weekend on East Pond in early October to celebrate my 50th bday with my family. It was perfect from start to finish. Jody was an amazing host in giving us info about the lake/area and also left a bday gift for when we arrived...so thoughtful. We had spectacular fall weather with warm days and cool evenings. We loved having the gas fire stove to warm us up during those evenings. We spent the days out on the water in their kayaks/canoes paddling, fishing and exploring and seeing so much wildlife. It was so quiet and peaceful being there that time of year and we could hear the loons calling day and night. The house is very comfortably equipped but still has the old camp charm, which our family loves. We cooked all our meals at the house, and even though the kitchen is small, it had everything we needed to cook full meals along with the outside grill too. My favorite was sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee in the quiet beauty. We can't wait to go back again as a family in the fall next year!!! Thanks Jody!

Great Cottage

We had a fantastic vacation on beautiful East Pond. Jody’s cottage was fabulous, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommend if you enjoy peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to go kayaking, fishing etc.

Beautiful and Clean

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage and property was very clean and well kept. The lake and dock were perfect. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for a few days and the dock made it very easy to use. We would recommend this adorable cottage and beautiful lake. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!

Perfect Getaway!

Picture perfect cottage right on the water. The kids couldn't wait to swim and explore! Started our days with coffee on the dock watching amazing sunrises. Close to wonderful places to hike, shop and in in nearby towns, but everything you need is right there at the cottage! Absolutely wonderful trip, and just what we needed after many long months home!
