Bienvenue Ă  The Palms Two! Cette grande maison de plage de style mĂ©ridional est parfaite pour les grandes familles qui se rassemblent Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage. La maison vit grande et dort Ă  un total de 12 invitĂ©s. Des espaces de vie ouverts Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et d'immenses porches en feront une destination de choix pour les annĂ©es Ă  venir. La maison dispose de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. En bas, vous trouverez 3 des 5 chambres, y compris la suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain spa. Les chambres en bas restantes ont chacune un lit queen chacune. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complĂšte situĂ©e dans le hall. A l'Ă©tage, les deux chambres ont un lit queen et salle de bain complĂšte ci-joint. À l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez Ă©galement une grande salle de jeux avec baby-foot, air hockey et tĂ©lĂ©vision pour divertir tout le monde pendant les rares jours de pluie sur Folly Beach. La salle de jeu comprend deux canapĂ©s-lits avec des lits complets.

La maison dispose de tous les équipements modernes que vous attendez, y compris WiFi haut débit, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Le salon extérieur a une salle à manger extérieure et barbecue à gaz à l'arriÚre de la maison ainsi que d'un immense porche sur le devant de la maison avec des chaises à bascule. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les gadgets et outils dont le chef de famille le plus exigeant aurait besoin.

La maison est Ă  quelques pas de la plage et Ă  seulement 13 miles du centre-ville historique de Charleston. Nous ne louons pas Ă  des groupes de fĂȘte et exige un Ăąge minimum de 25 ans Ă  louer. Non fumeur et pas d'animaux autorisĂ©s.

The living spaces were great. As five ladies who are all 73, we would suggest a deep clean, especially the baseboards. Not the fault of the property, but we didn’t realize there would be so many high entry steps front & back. We survived but added to our list since this was our tenth trip together, to nix high entry steps:) The kitchen and bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were good. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks!

Home was nice and convenient to the beach and to town. A couple of guests complained about the beds but the master bedroom bed was great.

WiFi and TVs worked great. Downstairs AC worked great. Upstairs AC had a little trouble keeping up in the heat, but there was a portable fan that helped. The yard was weedy and not great drainage at the bottom of the front and back steps so big puddles formed in heavy rain. We enjoyed the porches and the large dining table. Overall, the house was well suited for our needs. We loved the close proximity to the beach.

Good for large groups

There are many good things about Palms II! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family gathering. Proximity to the beach was so convenient. Outdoor shower was amazing. The size of kitchen was great! (The extra fridge was very handy.) Kitchen was somewhat disorganized, but well equipped. One negative was the condition of the outside grill. It really needs to be replaced. Also, the sofa beds in the game room were not the most comfortable.

Get away for 8

The house was ok. It needs some updates and new furniture. We had big red ants in the downstairs bath and one of the bedrooms. We called the property manager and they sent someone over to spray the same day. We didn’t see any more live ants after that. We had a great time otherwise.

Great Thanksgiving GetAway

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was a great vacation. The house is large and beautiful! We all had ample space with our own bathrooms. It is just a block from the ocean so the whole family enjoyed it. And it is in a quiet section of Folly Beach, so it was perfect. We would do it again!

Folly Beach Reunion

First time at Folly Beach and loved it! 8 adults and 2 teens at the house with plenty of space. Easy access to Charleston, beach and town. Owners were responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Week

House is very spacious and comfortable. Great location with easy access to the beach and far enough from town to be quieter. I suggest leaving some beach towels for guests use and a beach chair or two as we had nothing for the first day. Overall the place was very enjoyable and the price reasonable. We will book again. Lou

FAMILY WEDDING

Great place for a family trip

We were able to take advantage of a golf cart rental and the beach gear credit. We live nearby but this was a great little spot to get away for a weekend.

Destination -FollyBeach/Charleston

I have stayed at many VRBO units over the years. I do a lot of research before I make my final selection. I have rarely been disappointed and usually my choices are all close to a perfect match. This trip was a multifamily school vacation trip with 4 young children. We used the credit to get bikes. It was a short walk to the ocean. The kids rode to the beach and ON the beach all day. The kitchen was big enough for several adults to cook. All the utensils were there. Read the reviews. It always amazes me when reviewers complain about chipped plates. For those of you who cannot use a chipped dish bring paper plates. What can be more perfect then to get up, have a cup of coffee as the sun comes up and then walk to the beach? We love Jolly Beach and Charleston. Everyone wants to go back.

Beautiful home

The house was very clean and the front steps offered an amazing photo backdrop. Lots of room and we loved playing air hockey in the gameroom. My only complaint is that there were only like 2 channels we could watch on tv.

Wet Vacation

The house was fine but it rained for 2 days during the Christmas break and the streets flooded near the house. This made it difficult to walk to the beach. Folly Beach really needs to address drainage and street flooding. I’m not sure we will be returning to Folly Beach because of this problem.

Palms II was a delight

The house was very nice —had ample room for all our guests. Both porches were utilized every day and we appreciated having the large outdoor shower and area underneath the house. Very short walking distant to the beach and loved the proximity to the downtown area of Folly. Loved we were given the beach rental credit to use —our girls loved riding the bikes to the beach and into town. The weather was perfect too!

Our stay at Palms 2

Great location. Kitchen huge. Lots of seating. Loved the activity room, puzzles and games. Some of the beds hard and master bath extremely cold in the winter. Wonderful place to stay to regroup with family and friends!

Nice big clean beach house

We had 10 people (4 parents, 6 teens). Check in was easy. Everything in the home is as in the pictures. The decor was nice with the crown molding and high ceilings, spacious, & we really enjoyed the concrete slab under the house & outdoor shower. The house has 2 fridges in the kitchen & ice trays in the main fridge. There is an over abundance of cover filters & salt and pepper. There was a starter set of dish and dishwasher soap and bars of soap in the bathrooms. The house had some books and games as well. We did use the $250 beach gear credit & rented 6 chairs, an umbrella, and 2 bikes. The couch needs to be replaced. It has a short back and deep seat cushions making it hard to be comfortable. We did have some minor annoyances that required communication from the property manager. The grass in the front was very long up to our ankles. We were intending to play yard games there. I let the property manager know & it didn’t get cut until Fri of our stay. When we rent houses, we look for homes that have air hockey tables, etc. Upon our arrival, the air for the air hockey table was not blowing forcefully to play the game. Also looking at the foosball table, the members in our group noted the bars were installed incorrectly. Unfortunately, we were unable to use these features. I did text the property manager & they said they told the owners, but it would not be taken care of during our stay. This needs to be noted in the listing for future renters. We also noted that there were only 4 regular size (not soup) spoons. I texted the property manager and they dropped off more soup spoons and not the smaller ones. They didn't reply when I shared pictures of this. The bed frames were installed incorrectly & we kept bumping our shins on the plate that connects to a headboard. The property manager replied to my text and they changed all the bed frames. The last thing we noticed on Wed of our stay was the water building up on the glass shelves of the main fridge. We kept noticing water but this time we saw it dripping. Again I texted the property manager with pictures on Wed & never heard back from them. Up until this point they had been responsive via text. The molding and doors need paint touch ups & laminate on cabinet doors is peeling. This town does not have sidewalks outside of downtown. It's busy on weekends with delays getting over bridge but quite otherwise weekdays . You have to walk in the street for beach but is 5 min walk
