Bienvenue à The Palms Two! Cette grande maison de plage de style méridional est parfaite pour les grandes familles qui se rassemblent à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage. La maison vit grande et dort à un total de 12 invités. Des espaces de vie ouverts à l'intérieur et d'immenses porches en feront une destination de choix pour les années à venir. La maison dispose de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. En bas, vous trouverez 3 des 5 chambres, y compris la suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain spa. Les chambres en bas restantes ont chacune un lit queen chacune. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète située dans le hall. A l'étage, les deux chambres ont un lit queen et salle de bain complète ci-joint. À l'étage, vous trouverez également une grande salle de jeux avec baby-foot, air hockey et télévision pour divertir tout le monde pendant les rares jours de pluie sur Folly Beach. La salle de jeu comprend deux canapés-lits avec des lits complets.

La maison dispose de tous les équipements modernes que vous attendez, y compris WiFi haut débit, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Le salon extérieur a une salle à manger extérieure et barbecue à gaz à l'arrière de la maison ainsi que d'un immense porche sur le devant de la maison avec des chaises à bascule. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les gadgets et outils dont le chef de famille le plus exigeant aurait besoin.

La maison est à quelques pas de la plage et à seulement 13 miles du centre-ville historique de Charleston. Nous ne louons pas à des groupes de fête et exige un âge minimum de 25 ans à louer. Non fumeur et pas d'animaux autorisés.

Would rate Palms II more than 5 stars if I could! Good communication, details listed in description are exactly as is and this house was perfect for our needs. I loved that there was so much space- nice seating areas for multiple people but could also be comfortable separating into other areas of the house. Quick walk to the beach but no view of the water if that is important to you. Could ride bike or drive into the main area of folly beach, a little far to walk. Area around the house is safe and quiet.

Great place for a family trip

We were able to take advantage of a golf cart rental and the beach gear credit. We live nearby but this was a great little spot to get away for a weekend.

The living spaces were great. As five ladies who are all 73, we would suggest a deep clean, especially the baseboards. Not the fault of the property, but we didn’t realize there would be so many high entry steps front & back. We survived but added to our list since this was our tenth trip together, to nix high entry steps:) The kitchen and bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were good. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks!

Great Thanksgiving GetAway

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was a great vacation. The house is large and beautiful! We all had ample space with our own bathrooms. It is just a block from the ocean so the whole family enjoyed it. And it is in a quiet section of Folly Beach, so it was perfect. We would do it again!

WiFi and TVs worked great. Downstairs AC worked great. Upstairs AC had a little trouble keeping up in the heat, but there was a portable fan that helped. The yard was weedy and not great drainage at the bottom of the front and back steps so big puddles formed in heavy rain. We enjoyed the porches and the large dining table. Overall, the house was well suited for our needs. We loved the close proximity to the beach.

Folly Beach Reunion

First time at Folly Beach and loved it! 8 adults and 2 teens at the house with plenty of space. Easy access to Charleston, beach and town. Owners were responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this house.

Family Trip

The house was comfortable and clean. It was very close to beach access. The only problem was the air hockey table doesn’t work and the jets on the tub didn’t work, but it didn’t really affect our stay. We enjoyed the oroperty

Beautiful home

The house was very clean and the front steps offered an amazing photo backdrop. Lots of room and we loved playing air hockey in the gameroom. My only complaint is that there were only like 2 channels we could watch on tv.

Our stay at Palms 2

Great location. Kitchen huge. Lots of seating. Loved the activity room, puzzles and games. Some of the beds hard and master bath extremely cold in the winter. Wonderful place to stay to regroup with family and friends!

Good for large groups

There are many good things about Palms II! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family gathering. Proximity to the beach was so convenient. Outdoor shower was amazing. The size of kitchen was great! (The extra fridge was very handy.) Kitchen was somewhat disorganized, but well equipped. One negative was the condition of the outside grill. It really needs to be replaced. Also, the sofa beds in the game room were not the most comfortable.

Palms II was a delight

The house was very nice —had ample room for all our guests. Both porches were utilized every day and we appreciated having the large outdoor shower and area underneath the house. Very short walking distant to the beach and loved the proximity to the downtown area of Folly. Loved we were given the beach rental credit to use —our girls loved riding the bikes to the beach and into town. The weather was perfect too!

FAMILY WEDDING

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! I HAD MY WHOLE FAMILY HERE TO ATTEND A COUSINS WEDDING. THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING, AND IT WAS FULL AND COMPLETE WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED. CAROLINAONE IS A GREAT HOST AND WE WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES AGAIN!

Great Week

House is very spacious and comfortable. Great location with easy access to the beach and far enough from town to be quieter. I suggest leaving some beach towels for guests use and a beach chair or two as we had nothing for the first day. Overall the place was very enjoyable and the price reasonable. We will book again. Lou

Excellent!!! Great house and a great location!!!

This is a beautiful house! Large and spacious central room for plenty of family and friends getting together. Great for activity areas upstairs and downstairs (under the house) for younger kids to play. Lots of table and chair seating for large family meals together. Private outside shower under the house is very convenient. We have a large family reunion here every year and this house has facilitated our great times together and memories.

Family wedding and spring break

The house was nice. Drone picture should be updated. Loved the chair rental was included. Really needs new mattresses and deep sheets. Loved two refrigerators. One for drinks and one for food.
