Great stay

We booked very last minute and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The studio was very clean and as pictured. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a nice place!

We enjoyed the pools and ate in the restaurants. The food and service was great. I lost my phone in one of the restaurants. It didn't take long to get it back! The staff was so nice. Would go back again for sure!

Everything We Needed

The property has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. If you reach for it, it's there. The staff was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely return! We were pleased.

NO WATER PARK

Came to celebrate with my grand daughter on her 10th birthday along with 2 of her friends. They were very disappointed that the water party was not in service. I feel that should have been communicated when checking in, instead we had to hear it from other guest, who also made us aware of the swans as well. We figured going to the pool would suffice, but a group of boys played ball out there the entire time, all the while hitting us and others owith it. Also there was not enough seating

Looking for refuge

We were just looking to get to safe haven from hurricane 🌀 Ian. I really felt safe there. The studio was great. On the description of the unit it said it was a kitchenette but I was really a full size kitchen with stove and an actual refrigerator. I loved it but I would loved to know it was a full kitchen in order to have been able to bring things to cook. Other than that the place was great. Thank you

Beautiful resort for a great price

Very spacious room with lots of amenities. The listing did not mention however that some of the amenities are at an extra cost. Room was very clean. Linens were good quality. We were in a one-bedroom handicapped accessible suite. Shower chair was a great benefit for my husband who was in a cast. Kitchen had most of the basics except for a baking sheet. Laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent were provided which was a nice extra. Timeshare presentation was offered, but not pressured into participating. Overall a great stay and would stay there again.

Noisy, old, and not as advertised.

The resort area itself was nice, but our actual condo was not as advertised. There was a weird conjoining door with the condo next to ours and the people in there were extremely noisy yelling at all hours of the night and early in the morning. I did not feel safe in that condo. The bathroom tub had a cleaning rag in it when we arrived. My bed sheets had what looked like Cheetos dust in them.

Was booked at the wrong address. Wasn't informed till I check in 45 minutes of wait. Then went to correct address. Found a large size of Cockroach. And no Wifi.... attempted to login states unable to identify. Called customer service 3xs, more than 15 minute wait and no rep to assist.

The bed sheets were stained with urine they brought more with blood then the wrong size. The next day they sent the right size with black stains. No one cared. Owner notified and never contacted me. Bugs in track of closet. Truly a dirty place. Would never return

Lost items

My wife lost her sunglasses at the pool. She left them on the edge of the pool and when she returned, they were gone. I left my mobility scooter seat cushion at either the Drafts or Town Hall. Both told us to check Lost & Found. Nothing was listed L&F. Very disappointing. We were the last customers at the Drafts bar and called first thing when they opened in the morning. Nothing was found. I suspect the “help” discovered and took my cushion.

Great place to stay with family

Upon arriving, everyone was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. No one stopped me to try to sell me anything which I greatly appreciated. The room was awesome, super clean, smelled fresh with clean towels and bed sheets. The kitchen had extra paper towels which was nice even though I brought extra. My husband and I including our 3 year old only stayed for the weekend for Disney world so I didnt get to use the water parks and all the perks the resort offers. But we did use the shuttle services to the park to avoid the 25 dollar parking fee. Customer service was quick to assist us with that information. The resort has little resturants and bakerys which are awesome when youre on the go. Also, the owner was super considerate. My father passed away the weekend before so I thought I was going to cancel. Without purchasing the protection for my reservation, he was willing to reschedule my stay without any penalties or fees. I really appreciated that. Overall, it was awesome. Friendly staff, nice room with kitchen and big bathroom for a great price. It really doesnt get any better than this. Oh and a mile or less away from Disney.

Everything was great until an issue needed fixed

During my stay we came back from the park one day and the entire unit smelled like paint thinner. I contact the front desk to see if someone did painint in the adjoining unit or why the overpowering smell was there. I was told no painting was done and they would send someone immediately. Half hr later still noone came, i called again and was told the same that it was marked urgent and someone would be over, yet again noone came. I called a third time, told the same again and yes you guessed it again noone came. I had to leave all doors and windows open for hours to try and air the place out. My wife and daughter are severe asmatics and were forced to leavr due to it causing breathing issues for them. It took 2 days to finally get someone to come and they sent a housekeeping lady with a bottle of fabreeze like that was a proper fix. I noticed it stopped when the air conditioning was turned off, so im assumung it was an issue with that. Aside from the piss poor customer service everything else was good. Unfortuately our trip was ruined bc of this, money was wasted and we will never be staying again nor recommending it to others. We will be filing a complaint with my bank for the money back.

Perfect for a last minute staycation

Our cruise was cancelled (after being “postponed” since 2020), so rather than stay home and be sad we decided to make the best of it. We found this property and went the next day. We enjoyed the pool and visiting some of our favorite restaurants in the area. We planned to go to the water park (one of the main reasons we selected this property) but the Florida weather had other plans. The balcony overlooking swan lake was enjoyable! The jetted tub was nice. The couch bed was sufficient for our children, but would probably not be comfortable for adults. The resort’s website led me to believe the putt putt area was included, but it costs $7 plus tax per person. The fitness center had daily group classes that are included, although I wasn’t up early enough to participate. I’m sure someone could stay here and not need to leave the property. There are restaurants, pools, playgrounds, bike rentals, swan boat rentals, water park for $20 a person, fitness center, arcade, escape room all walking distance to the building we were assigned at checkin.
