Une toute nouvelle casita privée de 1 chambre, plus de 1000 pieds carrés, terminée en janvier 2018, se trouve au-dessus des garages. Situé juste à côté de la station de planche à voile de Vela, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, des marchés locaux et des restaurants. Stockage pour l'équipement disponible. Matériel de sport disponible à peu de frais supplémentaires (kayaks, SUP, VTT, VTT). Grande cuisine entièrement équipée. Plan d'étage ouvert: cuisine, salle à manger et salon avec grandes portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur balcon. Canapé-lit dans le salon. Un lit queen dans la chambre. 2 à 4 personnes. Terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne. Portail séparé, parking, WIFi, TV, Netflix. Studio en bas avec lit queen. Canapé et table avec chaises. Bon pour 1 à 2 personnes. Cuisine extérieure avec bar et tabourets. Salle de bain idiote. Peut être loué à l'étage ou séparément.

These were super-hosts. Had dinner and drinks with them. The property is beautiful and the backyard is lush with pool and close to beach. I’d go back in a heartbeat. I was there for 20 days and enjoyed every minute of it.

Spacious, private accommodations. Friendly, helpful residents downstairs. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and downtown, or rent their ATV's for a daily fee. This is on the 2nd floor so you need to carry your luggage upstairs. Pickleball court across the street. Beach just a short walk. Beach towels provided. We noticed some dusty floors and pet hair covered couch. (Vacuum was broken and a new one had been ordered.) Bed is full size - disappointing as a queen or king would fit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Bring your own washcloth and bar soap/body wash. I would stay here again.

We were right near the pickleball courts, the beach, and town. Anna took excellent care of us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen made cooking easy. We are excited to come me back next year!

The property was fine, clean and nicely decorated. We stayed on the upper level, so don’t consider that unless you are fine with steps. We are in our 70s and didn’t have a problem. The bonus of our room was a nice Palapa another 16 steps higher. Across the alley is a Pickleball club. You need to be a member in order to play. There are several nice hotels within easy walking distance that you can enjoy without staying there. It is also a very short walk to the beach. Through one of the grounds of the hotel. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay the owners live on the property along with their friends, and they are quite interesting people.

Fantastic location right across from the Palmas Pickleball Resort. One block from the beach. Lots of space in the apartment with fully equipped kitchen and everything else we needed. The pool is super refreshing and clean. We rented their quad for the week and absolutely loved the ability to ride one the beaches and to all the great restaurants in town. Things are within walking distance - including a grocery, but renting a 4wheeler lets you experience the fun of the area! We loved the town, the pickleball and the accommodations. The hosts are wonderful people and quick to help with anything we asked about. We will definitely be back!

Great, new large apartment in a convenient location

I have visited Los Barriles many times and rented casitas and apartments there. This one is the best one I have ever stayed in. New, one bedroom apartment with all the amenities one may possibly need. It is a short walk to the beach, to pickleball courts and the town center. Hosts are super friendly. I can highly recommend this place.

Two Weeks in Lis Barriles

Darling upstairs unit one block from the beach, and right in the middle of town. We walked everywhere. You don't really need a car, as the owners own a quad or two that you can rent for the day if you need to venture out a bit, but we wanted to explore as it was out first visit to the town. One of the highlights was a visit to El Triumfo, a 40 minute drive North of town, to hear the former competitive concert pianist Angela Zanevsky play. What a marvelous treat that was! Anna and Stan, and their sweet dog Sophia, were excellent hosts. Highly recommend their place.

Quaint, quiet and perfectly located. All you need!

The location and side of Casa Jardin is the perfect stay for a Los Barilles stop. The property is very cozy and feels welcoming, and the owners, Anna and her husband, are extremely kind. The spot is a close walk to the beach which we entertained regularly. They were very helpful with our figuring out where to go and what to do on our non-kiting days. They have a wealth of knowledge for half day trips and have access to an ATV and other equipment if needed for a small fee which is so much less than anything else in town. I cannot wait to return and see their final design of the patio/garden common area!

Wonderful quiet casita in a prime location!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anna and Stan. They are a delightful couple who went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The casita is very clean and roomy. The twin beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Despite being so close to downtown, it was surprisingly quiet. The home stays cool even without the air conditioner. We never had to turn it on! An amazing value for the dollar. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely casita.
