Desert Gardens # 1 est une propriété unique et exceptionnelle du centre-ville qui offre à la fois un emplacement idéal au centre-ville ainsi qu'un jardin spacieux et privé.

Desert Gardens # 1 est un lit de 2, 1 salle de bain et la configuration du lit est la suivante: 1 roi, 1 Twins et 1 canapé-lit queen en mousse à mémoire. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles et de petits appareils. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est de la nourriture ou de marcher dans la rue à Jefferies Steak House et un fabuleux repas! Les salles de séjour disposent de Samsung Smart TV, Netflix et d'autres applications de télévision sont disponibles.

La propriété entière est d'environ 1/3 acre et dispose de 3 unités au total. La propriété est optimale pour les grands groupes, mais permet également confortablement des groupes individuels. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre et d'espace pour vous et vos compagnons pour s'étirer et vous détendre

L'espace ouvert autour des unités comporte des fleurs et des plantes luxuriantes, un bain à remous ouvert toute l'année, des sièges à l'extérieur, des barbecues au barbecue et au charbon de bois et un hamac relaxant pour vous mettre les pieds dessus.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Perfect location for walking to town and restaurants. We had some difficulty getting our second payment to go through VRBO which caused some confusion about our check-in. The host was a bit rude and blamed us for this, but the manager who helped us was great.

Cute place in a great location!

So many restaurants and shopping was all within walking distance. Also Moab adventures a jeep tour company was around the corner and was fabulous

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Perfect location. Being just a block away from the main street made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to not hear any traffic noise at night. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Great location and great amenities

We spent three nights in Moab and this was the perfect base. Check in was a breeze and communication with our host and property manager was excellent. The location is just off the main street, which made for easy walking for dining and shopping. The hot tub was a welcomed treat after a long day of hiking. The apartment had everything we needed.

Good place in a fun town.

Just 2 blocks away from the start of downtown, this is a good place to stay in Moab for a few days. Loved the hot tub on the property, that was a great way to unwind after days of hiking. The robes were a nice touch, too. Lastly, I have never stayed in any rental that had better quality bedsheets than this.

The surrounding area bumps this property’s rating. The property itself is old and nothing works quite right. Communication with the property owner was atrocious and the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. I would not recommend.

Just left an idyllic cottage right near downtown Moab. So close, yet amazingly quiet and peaceful. The garden is delightful and feels lush & cool, despite high temps. The house itself felt cozy but not cramped. The AC ran just right and kept us cool. Beds were super comfy. Just perfect.

Fabulous stay

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Moab. Close to downtown and the main highway through town. Neighborhood was quiet as indicated. Rental is cute and as advertised. Host quickly responded to questions. Rental was clean and comfortable. Rental does have Wifi but it seemed a bit spotty. Would definitely stay again.

The owner of the property was so dishonest. I hope VRBO looks into her. If I had not taken snapshots of the screen pictures she would have never refunded my money. She deleted the texts and agreements we had made and increased the price. I did not stay there and I hope no one else is taken advantage of by her.

Clean beautiful apartments

Our group of 7 lady mountain bikers rented units 1 and 2 after riding our bikes from Telluride. We were so thrilled with the apartments! Spotless, comfortable, filled with all the amenities. LocAtion is incredible. Hot tub is clean and large. Yard is huge and lush. Thank you!

Comfortable launch pad for the area

We really enjoyed staying here, and would stay here again on our next trip to the area. The location is excellent for walking to everything in Moab. The yard is adorable, and the decor was very cute. Also, the master bed was very comfortable, which we greatly appreciated after being active all day.

Perfect location!

The location of this place has all the shopping and dining in Moab at the tips of your fingers! The place itself is beautiful and quiet! We absolutely loved our stay here! We used the bikes, hot tub and hammock! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable rental right in town.

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable. There was room for us to stretch out and use as a central starting point for trips into town, Arches and Canyonland Parks.

Nice spot, perfect for our needs.

Great spot for a short family getaway. Separate room for the kids and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was great and the rec center also a hit. Short walk to downtown. No complaints.

Perfect location

The condo was clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and shops - even with two kids. The property was well kept and we made use of the hot tub each day! We will stay here again!
