Starry Starry Night Cottage

Propriété au bord de l'eau située sur la pointe ouest de la rivière Frio, à seulement 9 miles au nord de Leakey, au Texas, sur la CR 336. La maison a un système de CVC nouvellement installé avec air central et chauffage à partir de septembre 2018, cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine intérieure et extérieure, barbecue, foyer, WI-FI, téléphone à la maison, laveuse / sécheuse, cafetière et tirez - un canapé-lit. Beaucoup de stationnement pour amener votre UTV / voiturette de golf / moto à emporter pour partir à la découverte. La région a beaucoup à offrir en termes d'évasion. Profitez de la randonnée, du vélo, de la pêche, du shopping, de la détente dans la rivière ou de ne rien faire du tout tout en profitant du cadre champêtre paisible. Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park, vignobles et excursions quotidiennes en tubes de rivière situés à proximité, à une distance de conduite panoramique facile. Leakey est à environ 15 minutes en voiture de la ville avec quelques boutiques et restaurants. La rivière est située directement en face de la propriété. Il y a une vue partielle sur la rivière Frio de la cour avant de la maison et c'est à environ une minute à pied de l'eau. Vous pouvez certainement entendre l'eau couler de la maison et le niveau d'eau est parfait pour les petits enfants. Merci d'avoir pensé à notre maison pour votre escapade! Peaceful and Relaxing Stay!

My 3 teens and I had a wonderful and memorable stay. We enjoyed all the comforts of home with easy access to the river. It was extremely easy to find and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to arrive safely. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Love the Cabin

I don't want to let this place to become too well known because it is a wonderful, quiet, place to unwind and want access to it as often as possible, lol. Seriously, the owner was great to deal with, and the cabin is everything we expected.

Great cabin by the Frio river

We rented this cabin because of its location between Garner State Park and Lost Maples. Everything was very convenient and my 2 year old granddaughter loved walking to the Frio river that was just down the road from the cabin. We also enjoyed sitting outside at night and looking at the stars. It was so relaxing and such a great getaway from the city.

Great spot nestled by the Frio

Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park.

This is the cabin you want

The cabin is beautifully decorated and so cozy. There were so many amenities so you don’t miss anything. Very relaxing. Daniel is a wonderful manager and was so easy to communicate with. The entire process was so easy.

Slice of Heaven

Second time to stay in this area. We enjoyed this cabin. Lots of shade outside. Comfortable and cozy inside. We enjoy this location. Its quiet and relaxing and much more private than most other river properties. The owner is an excellent host and very responsive to communications. Highly recommend.

Last summer getaway

It was a great last summer getaway for my 3 boys! The river access is very shallow near the house, but if you drive a mile down the road there is a spot up to 5’5 deep! You can jump and swim! Everything was comfortable and they had more amenities we needed!

Near Perfect!

Our family of 5, including 3 kids 5 and younger, enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location with a access to a great spot on the West Fork of the Frio. The river access was perfect for our kids. We appreciated the management and the drive to Leakey, Garner, and Concan were not bad at all. We would certainly consider the property again.

Long lazy weekend

Very nice cottage, comfortable king sized bed, nice linens and towels. Kitchen was fully equipped. All was clean and ready for our arrival. Driveway(s) were a little rough from erosion but my car did fine getting up and down from the road. Walk to the river was easy

Cute house & calm river(Creek)

Our stay was really calm, perfect place to enjoy with small kids because the river is really shallow with clear water. It just need a better cleared river entrance because all the other where marked with big signs of Not Trespassing or Private property. We had to walk a short distance between river rocks and plants to access the creek. But everything else was awesome 🙌❤️

Mini Spring Break Getaway

My family and I wanted to get away from the Covid-19 pandemic crisis news frenzie. We didn’t want to risk getting on a plane. So we decided to take a trip to Garner State Park. Best decision the cottage is relaxing, secluded and the feeling of family. The river is perfect for small kiddos. The owners were amazing throughout the whole rental process. Never felt like I was a stranger. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Fun in the Frio

We were in town for a whole week and had a great time. Cottage was easy to get to, made it easy to travel into town and surrounding towns to hike, eat and shop. We had everything we needed to cook and stay entertained. We were slightly worried about river access based on other reviews, but it was a quick walk down the driveway and right into the water at the first crossing. It flowed all week, was nice and cool, lots of fish, and everyone we ran into was super nice. Danny was kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back next summer.

Best Family Getaway

This was by far one of our best times as a family. My husband and I, along with our 13, 9 and 4 year old spend Easter Weekend at Starry Starry Night. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend stay. The water just down around the corner was perfect just to splash around, skip rocks, find tadpoles and relax. We sat by the fire every night roasting marshmallows and making S'mores just enjoying each other's company. The beds were comfortable, great water pressure in showers and plenty of space to relax. Danny was wonderful to work with and gave great recommendations for our stay. We hope to be back very soon!

Peaceful Privacy

We were looking for a quiet, private getaway and this little house provided just that. While the house could use a little maintenance (some paint chipping), it is equipped with anything you might want in the kitchen and the bedrooms are very comfortable and inviting. The living room also had comfortable seating and games to play along with a nice TV. We stayed in two days and out two days. The outside was well equipped too from the grill and fire pitt to the bench swing and adirondack style seats in the front. The walk to the river was short and easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful, well equipped stay close to the river. We had a lovely time.
