Fantastic

Even though the weather was not cooperative, this place made up for it by being close to everything with great restaurants, beaches and harbor. Owner was very responsive and positive. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We stayed for 6 nights and the area and closeness to everything was terrific. The condo is a little tired, needing new blinds in both bedroom and lounge areas. Some fins missing from the bedroom verticals made mornings very early! The view however was as promised-amazing.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay with Ilikai Marina. The Condo was very clean and well appointed. Great view and quiet. At street level of this building there are 2 restaurants. Harbor Pub; locals, blue collar, loud and fun. Great Vibe. The Chart Room, upscale spendy looks really nice. 5 minute walk your at the Ala Moana shopping center. 5 minute walk your at the north end of Waikiki. Will stay here again. Mahalo

Great Visit !

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we once again were very pleased and satisfied. The location and views are amazing! The staff is helpful and quick to respond with any questions or needs. The property is somewhat dated, but clean , comfortable and a perfect location. We highly recommend and will certainly stay here again when we come to Oahu!

We've stayed at the main Ilikai hotel bldg before, which was really nice. But staying here in this Ilikai Marina bldg was nice too! Some things are a little dated, but for the price and the BEAUTIFUL view, it sure was worth it!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai Marina Condo. The view of the marina and bay were spectacular. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the amenities of home. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the laundry on a different floor.

Beautiful Views!

We love how this unit had a door that closed off the bedroom from the living area. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed and ABC Market was conveniently located on the corner. The only disappointment was there was no washer/dryer in the unit.

Amazing view!

Condo was very clean, amazing view, and very close to tons of fun activities (beaches, mall, restaurants) Watching the boats all day was really cool and the Friday night fireworks show was perfect from the lanai. My only complaint is that we stayed over the weekend and got woken up on Friday and Saturday night at bar break. Absolutely nothing the owners can do about this, but just a heads up for future VRBOers. Otherwise, amazing. We would love to stay again!

Our host, Alice, was very responsive. I liked her a lot. Pros: walking distance to the beach and shopping district, great restaurant on the first floor, you can uber anywhere, the bathroom was spacious for 3 women getting ready. The condo felt like a safe space, and everyone was very friendly. Cons: the pull-out sofa had linens that didn't smell clean, the cookware in cupboards were dirty, bath towels were old, stained, and in low quantity. There's a beautiful balcony view of the marina, but the sliding glass doors were dirty, and you couldn't see out unless they were opened. Overall, the price and location can't be beat. I would stay there again.

No basic needs

The location and place is cool. But there are no basic needs at the accommodation. Basics like shampoo, body wash or enough towels for the stay. I reached out to the property manager immediately, but no luck there. The response was that it’ll be taken care from the next time - meaning not during my stay. This is pretty disappointing during a fun vacation you planned for.

Great view and location

The view and location of this condo were awesome! The condo is very old and needs many updates. We arrived and had to clean before we put things away - it needed a good cleaning. The bathroom rug and pillows on the couch were dirty. We were there for 12 days and had 4 towels that were very old. Half of the blinds were missing and Alice was very accommodating and brought us new blinds. There was blood on the comforter and sheets and we had to haul everything to our daughter's house to wash them. The sheets did not fit well and did not stay on the bed. Parking was also expensive at $33/day. It was a little disappointing considering it was our first time in Hawaii. The view and location were the best thing of this particular condo. We would stay again but in a different unit.

Location and view!

Very pleasant place which we called home for several days. Check-in instructions were straightforward. Property manager was responsive. I had lower expectations based on some reviews but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable this VRBO was. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I used the pull-out bed and slept through the nights without issues. The cleanliness is acceptable but it could use deep cleaning. The location and view of the harbor can't be beat. Far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. H1 hiway access in 5mins. I didn't notice any stench from the harbor but there were debris in it from the city flooding that happened few days before our arrival. We watched sunsets and friday night fireworks from the lanai. Next to the view & location, the heated bidet was my second favorite. They only provided 2 beach towels for a booking of 3 adults. There are some older but functional beach chairs available which we've used without issues. Plenty of mirrors for the ladies. No problems with parking. Laundry on the 8th floor. Dryer takes about an hour to dry a full load. Bring detergent, no vending machine available there. Security guard at the 1st floor.

We have stayed in about a half dozen units at the Ilikai Marina. This unit is old. If someone wants something fancy, they shouldn't stay here. Key though is that it was very clean. That's not always the case. Two teeny tiny bath soap bars was sad. No shampoo was disappointing.

Great location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Ilikai Marina Condos. The condo is in a perfect location, close to everything, we felt very safe and affordable. The condo was a little dated but it had everything we needed and it was clean and homely :-) All the staff were friendly and pleasant. The only downfall is the price of the parking, it's expensive. But this would not stop us from coming back and booking here again. I even recommended it to a friend and they booked here as well this month!! Booking was made easy, lots of open and clear communication. Overall I would recommend the Ilikai Marina Condos to everyone.
