The patio door did not lock,the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, the drain in tub was clogged..you stood in ankle deep water after your shower..the insulation of property is poor..we heard every movement including furniture being moved above us all day and night.We left a day early eithou6a refund..poor business. For the price we paid for the rental the unit was poor...Will never stay at Seafarers again. AWE stayed in 2022 with same experience .Thought we'd give it another try.bad mistake..Beach was awesome.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Seaferer for years. Things seem to be slowly but surely going down hill. This unit wasn't cleaned very well prior to our stay. We checked in online yet still had to fill out the same forms upon arrival. 2 beach chairs come with the unit. Obviously the unit owner pays for that. Yet you have to find the chair attendant each day to get chairs put out. One day we waited over an hour. There was no soap in the kitchen, an inch 9f dust on the refrigerator and sand on the floor when we checked in.

Fantastic all the way around!

We make an annual trip to the Destin Seafarer and I have stayed in about 10 different condos and this was my favorite so far! Very well appointed and awesome!

Quick beach getaway

Got there after hours but that was no problem. Check in next day super easy. Condo was very clean and right on the beach. Spectacular!

February Respite

Destin was our escape from cold Kentucky weather. We had sun for two days of our 8 day stay where we lounged by the pool ( just a few steps from the ocean). We found Destin was a perfect location to venture out site-seeing on cloudy days. It was centrally located between Pensacola and Panama City and so much in-between. The room was a nice sized for two although it could handle a couple of small children in the bunk beds. Clean and nice and as close to the ocean as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
