The unit was very clean. It was steps away from boardwalk to beach. My only suggestions... More towels for bathroom and kitchen (There we NO wahcloths for either kitchen or bathroom.) The condo needed some sort of food storage bowls (Tupperware.) If you bring children, THEREI ARE NO PLASTIC BOWLS OR CUPS....everything is glass. It was also short on extra sheets and blankets.

Wonderful stay!

This property is exactly as pictured. So close to the beach! It was perfect for my husband and myself! Our hosts could not have been more helpful or responsive. Outstanding location!

Great beach access

Property location was great for a relaxing getaway. The access to the beach was exceptional and the beach service was an added bonus. We had great sunrise and sunset views everyday. However, we did have to launder the bedding when we arrived and ended up buying our own blankets the following day (the bed cover had a musty smell). Other improvements needed would be to have the living room couch cleaned as it was stained in several places and sharp knives that can cut. Also, we couldn’t get a key for the safe that was provided. We did not use the bunk beds nor the sleeper portion of the couch so cannot comment on that. Overall, we were happy with the beach access but this place could be a 5 star with the improvements mentioned.

We Loved It!

What a great vacation we got! We were looking for safe travels in the Covid world and that is what we got. Beautiful view out the front of condo. Beach was outstanding. Very comfortable with beach service each day! Condo was very comfortable with everything we needed! Anne is a great host! Very quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back!

desperately needs a deep clean

I wish I had nothing negative to say, but... Location, price, decor, ease of check in and communication, all great! Plenty of room for two adults and two small children. However the amount of dust and mildew was mind blowing. I noticed a musty odor upon entry but thought must be from location to ocean, but the amount of mildew around the kitchen sink and the bathtub jets soon answered that question. And the dust! At first glance everything looked great but as I got settled in, I couldn’t stop sneezing. The property desperately needs a good DEEP cleaning. There were also no extra sheets or any cleaning supplies other than a broom and mop. No “extras” at all. I need to add that I did not call to complain, I just took my allergy medicine daily and went about my vacation. I cleaned the sink mildew best I could and only let my kids take showers, not baths.

Great stay at the beach!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and just right for our family. We loved that it was on ground floor but still up on a hill so you had a great view of the ocean. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo.

Can’t beat the ocean views and steps from the beach!

This house was perfect for our small family! Fully stocked with kitchen needs. Washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. Cable tv in two rooms and fast internet. The best part though... just steps from the beach with chair and umbrella service daily. It was better than we could dream of. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly and kindly. We will be back next year!

Perfect place

Everything was perfect about this location. From the moment you walk in. Super clean, everyone slept comfortable, and the owner is super nice and fast to respond to any questions. It has the perfect view, and quick access to the beach, our boys were able to go out at any time they wanted, and you get to experience the beach at any time of the day. Def. going back!

Wonderful beachfront condo

Well maintained beach front condo perfect for a small family! Cannot beat being on the first floor and walking out the back door to the beach. Owners quick to respond to any message and issues you have. It was a pleasure renting this unit!

Wonderful view and access to the beach!

We enjoyed working with the owner, Anne. She was helpful and communicated well whenever we contacted her. This unit has recently been remodeled and most importantly it's on the first story which is a huge benefit. We definitely want to stay here again.

Nice beachfront condo

Condo is in a great location. Really ideal for a couple or small family. Sofa sleeper was a bit dirty from previous visitors. Floors still had quite a bit of sand when we first arrived. I had to do a quick sweep before unpacking. Other than those minor hiccups, everything was nice.
