"River Breeze" est un chalet bordant la rivière Little Pigeon. Ce charmant cottage récemment rénové de 2 chambres à coucher est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre entre amis.
 et de la famille lors de la visite des Great Smoky Mountains et des régions environnantes.

Située à River Plantation, à quelques minutes de la promenade de Pigeon Forge et à 15 minutes de Gatlinburg, cette unité propose des routes pavées menant au chalet sans aucune route de montagne à traverser. Elle est considérée comme adaptée aux motos uniquement à la discrétion des coureurs. .

Cette unité de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, est tous un niveau. Il y a 17 marches pour atteindre le niveau principal, avec un parking en dessous. Vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec salle à manger pour 6 personnes, un salon avec une cheminée à gaz, un canapé-lit Queen, 2 fauteuils inclinables et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a 2 chambres Queen. 1 chambre a une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec une baignoire à jets et une combinaison de douche et baignoire. 1 chambre a un accès privé à la terrasse arrière et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une salle de bain commune supplémentaire avec une combinaison de douche et baignoire.

Le pont arrière comprend des meubles de jardin, une table de pique-nique et un barbecue au charbon. Il y a aussi une balançoire sous le chalet.

I will be honest I am disappointed with the cleanliness and not being kept on. The entry is so dirty and the place needs to be pressure-washed from the green growing on it. Window blinds are broken, the couch is stained, the dust is thick on the doors (which I have bad allergies to), and need paint touched up on the walls and markings on the edges, cpb webs, the place was disgusting and not relaxing at all! We even left and didn't stay the last night.

Perfect location

The location was very convenient. We were close to all of the attractions, without having to be stuck in the tourist traffic. The place was neatly kept up, and communication between the owner was easy access. Highly recommended!!

Family vacation

Furnishing is a little out dated, but overall very clean. Bathroom shower/ sinks have super water pressure. My husband called the shower a pressure washer. Would consider staying again.

Great location

Very clean and great location. I was under impression it was on the river, but it is not. Have to walk under a couple other houses, about100 or so yards. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable affordable stay

Worth the price, comfortable location was perfect in the middle of everything, yet off the path for it to be peaceful. Thank you so much for the tickets! Helped so much to curve the expenses of doing more. Thanks Again! For a great trip to Tennessee!

Good location in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was just as listed. The location is good with easy access into the neighborhood and it is very quiet. My recommendation would be to replace the mattresses and if the listing mentions hot tub on site, take down the amenity of a hot tub included on the property

Wonderful Vacay

This was my husband and I anniversary trip. Everything was wonderful, except the wasp nest near the front door along with other bugs. Didn't stop us from having a great time thought. Loved the Lake nearby as we fish as well. The location, people, restaurants all convenient and nice. Will definitely book again.

Needs updated,but structural nice place.

Nice and cozy,the fireplace really helped even though it doesn't shut off when timer runs out.Beds need updated, the parents felt all springs in old mattress,felt like cheap motel bed. Major complaints from kids about the spotty wifi.

Nice place located right off main road

Awesome. I would recommend replacing the chairs on balcony because both are broke. Also, maybe providing a few more blankets for people utilizing pull out couch.

Dollywood vaca

Overall a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge, no problems getting complimentary tickets from the rental company. Great landing pad after long days of adventure, great economical choice for the area. Will say the rental could be better stocked, more dish rags/towels, kitchen supplies, maybe an all purpose cleaner available so we could clean up after ourselves better. Others have mentioned the wet floor in the bedroom closet, which is still an issue, I believe it to be from a plumbing issue. Didn't affect our stay though. We would stay again if back in the area.

Minor Cosmetic issues

Loved the peace and quiet of the location. Such a beautiful setting. However, interior needs some minor cosmetic touch up done.....minor drywall repair, paint, mini blinds, deck needs some repair. My husband does remodeling so needless to say he can spot needs. His words were "just needs some minor cosmetic repairs done.". Another plus would be Wifi....

The neighborhood was very nice. The house however, is outdated inside and out. The exterior of the house was very dirty and there were bees nests directly on the front porch right by the front door filled with wasps. The steps leading up to the front door has rusty nails sticking up from them and the wood was dry rot. The inside was tolerable. The AC worked great and the water pressure was outstanding but a bit much for the younger of the family members. There were not enough towels for our family. The back deck once again has a wasp nest on the bedroom door coming out to the deck. The railing on the back deck has a rail that was broken and if there was a small child, could have fallen through. It was rather disappointing when you pay for much for it to be cleaned and it wasn’t very clean at all and then you still have to basically clean it before you leave. All in all, if the home was updated and had new stairs and deck and was cleaned better inside and outside, the place would be higher rated.
