Very nice, comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful view from the windows. We settled in quickly and comfortably. I needed a trash can near the sink in the master bedroom. and there was also no cutting board in the kitchen.

Ideal location

This place was clean and perfect for what we needed. It was 5-30 minutes from all our planned excursions in and around Pigeon Forge.

In the center of it all!

Our Cozy River Condo was everything we were looking for. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to staying there again!

Amazing

The room was very clean. The property is located within walking distance of shopping,food and activities. The owner also called to make sure were able to get in, check on cleanliness and give me his number in case of any problems.

Older condo but met our needs

The condo is an older one but had everything we needed. Had an issue with the TV but the owner was very responsive and assisted to resolve. Easy access in and out to get where we need in Pigeon Forge

Great location and amazing hospitality!

We checked in on friday. When we got there the room looks very good. They had the heat on for us because it was pretty cold. The property is very convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Romil is an amazing host. He was very imformative to the questions that I had amd was always quick to respnd. If you are looking for a quiet place with a view of the beautiful creek THIS IS THE PLACE. It is also very affordable.

Dollywood

We wanted a condo that was close to Dollywood and this one was perfect. Convenient and affordable for a weekend trip. The only thing that I would change would be the mattresses. They were extremely firm. Not at all what we were used to.

5 stars all the way

I took my 90-year-old mother for a few days to enjoy the changing leaves and take in some shows and shopping. The location was perfect, set back from the parkway but easily walkable. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would mention is that the showers are not meant for those with mobility issues. We were able to work around those but be aware if you have those types of issues. Everything about the stay was wonderful, from the accommodations to the view of the river from the balcony. Our host, Romil responded quickly and professionally to all inquiries as well as checking with us after we arrived to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

Girls trip to the area

When we arrived into the condo we found out the washer/dryer was missing and that the bedroom TV’s didn’t work. I reached out to the host on the app and was told that the property manager had said the washer/dryer broke from the last guest and they would see what they could do. On the two TV’s I was told so sorry they didn’t work but no one ever came to fix them. We did have to ask for extra towels and the host had the property manager bring those to us. Due to the washer/dryer and TV’s not working we did ask for a refund and was given a small refund. Overall our stay was good and communication with the host was very good. I do feel that the property management should be more attentive to the property being ready for guests and have things working
