Alii Cove Top Floor Unit avec vue sur l'océan et à pied de la ville et de la plage

Luxueux condo au dernier Ă©tage, unitĂ© H-23 (4 couchages avec futon dans un loft pour un invitĂ© supplĂ©mentaire) ), de nombreux magasins et un marchĂ© de producteurs pour la nourriture locale, des fleurs et des cadeaux. Le salon a des siĂšges confortables, une Smart TV et de hauts plafonds et de grandes fenĂȘtres pour une sensation lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e. Vous adorerez dĂźner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur la vĂ©randa avec la table et 4 chaises et une vue sur l'ocĂ©an aussi! La chambre principale a un lit King et une salle de bain adjacente avec douche. La chambre d'hĂŽtes a un lit Queen confortable avec une baignoire Ă  proximitĂ© qui a une combinaison douche / baignoire. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur sur la photo a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  niveau vers un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat. L'unitĂ© H-23 est situĂ©e dans une partie trĂšs calme du complexe. Nous avons une vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis notre Lanai oĂč vous pouvez voir les arrivĂ©es et les dĂ©parts des navires de croisiĂšre, l'observation des baleines et les couchers de soleil. Notre cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et un bar de cuisine, et nous avons optĂ© pour des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable et agrĂ©able. Internet sans fil en condo. Nouvelle unitĂ© de climatisation centrale installĂ©e en novembre 2018, plus des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque piĂšce. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, lave-vaisselle, lits, canapĂ©, fauteuil inclinable sont nouveaux l'annĂ©e derniĂšre.

Great Vacation Condo

Joe & Irma’s Ali’i Cove Condo was everything we were looking for in an extended stay rental in Kona. Close to town without the downtown issues. Quiet, close to great beaches and restaurants. Nice pool with BBQ area. Loved sunup and sunset out on the Lanai.

We would give Irma and Joe’s condo six stars if we could. Ali’i Cove is a great complex within walking distance to town. We loved the pool, barbecue area, and took advantage of the workout room and morning water aerobics. Which reminds me, the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Communication with Irma was quick and she was always incredibly helpful and informative. The unit itself was very well equipped from the kitchen, to the comfy beds, to the beach and snorkel gear, it has everything you need. We loved our time here and hope it’s available when we return to Kona! Thank you Irma and Joe!

Clean and comfortable with nice touches

Great location, well maintained development, nice pool and hot tub. Unit is away from road traffic and noise, upstairs so no one walking above. Unit was comfortable and efficient, nicely appointed and maintained. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need to make your meals. Owner was responsive and helpful. We had visits from our grandson when the pool was a great feature. Good drinks and dining on the ocean a short walk, as well as beaches and shopping. We would happily return for another wonderful vacation!

Very nice 4-weeks stay in a lovely condo.

Clean, well furnished, kitchen with good stock of different items, nice bedroms with good matrasses. We did not use the aircon so staying on the balcony was no problem. Otherwise there might be a bit of a noise issue I guess....We would come back any time.

Das Condo im Alii Cove war wieder (wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier) sehr schön. Die Anlage, die Unterkunft, die Ausstattung, der Pool und die Lage sind absolut perfekt. Vielleicht ist es etwas schade, dass es sehr viele EinschrĂ€nkungen (Condo und Anlageregeln) gibt. Vor allem fĂŒr Jugendliche und Kinder ist das manchmal etwas mĂŒhsam. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Great Amenities!

Alii Cove property was well maintained with one of the better pools in the area. The condo was excellent with everything you would want in a rental, plus the kitchen was well supplied! Irma the owner was excellent in communicating with us. Our 13 year old granddaughter enjoyed the loft which was an excellent benefit of the unit. Great vacation spot and would rent again. Thank you. Kona Gem

Perfect Kona location- easily walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Great community and amenities. Immaculately kept condo with spectacular sunset views from the lanai and potential whale/dolphin sitings from the loft. Irma was super responsive from the initial booking inquiry all the way through departure day. Great place even better host. Highly recommend.

Place had everything we needed & more. Kitchen was the best set-up of any place we have rented. Washer & dryer were huge & quiet. Minor repair needed which owner addressed immediately. Fans were essential in the hot weather, & were effective. Chlorine-free pool was a delight. We will definitely consider staying in this property again. Mahalo nui

Exceptional View Unit Alii Cove

This unit is fabulous and extremely comfortable. The Alii Cove complex and the view unit I rented was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything one could imagine was provided, and the location is exceptional. It is an easy walk to the pool and the beautiful beach across the road, and it is very quiet. Alii Cove is a wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation, plus the walk to town affords food & entertainment at all times of the day. We took an early morning drive up to the volcano which was lovely, and then a great hike through the crater. Then enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Kilauea Lodge. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area, some within walking distance. The owners are very helpful in suggesting places to go, I am sure there is high demand for their unit at all times, book as soon as possible! I would always recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Kona.

Best condo with the best location.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 30days and we didn’t want to leave when our time was up. The condo was clean with everything that you need for your stay. It is extremely comfortable and is set up for relaxation. It is situated on the second floor with a great ocean view. I would get up very morning and sit on the lanai and watch the sun light up the ocean and watch the cruise ship as it slips into the bay. Alii Cove is very quiet condo complex with friendly neighbors, a great pool, workout room and great barbecue area. The owners are great to work with and the best thing...you can walk to Kona and not worry about parking. You can’t go wrong with this condo

Joe and I (Irma) are the original owners of this Condo. We take pride in keeping our Hawaii home clean and fully equiped to make our guests feel at home. We only rent our home out 4-5 times a year so it doesn't get the wear and tear of a revolving door. We visit our home twice a year to enjoy the relaxation of Hawaii and at the same time refresh the condo. Most of our guests have been repeat guests that take pride in keeping the Condo clean. Our condo is situated in a quiet part of the Complex and the parking stall is right in front of the Condo which makes it convenient to carry belongings up the stairs. Its also a short walk to the Pool/Spa and BBQ Pavillion.
Should you ever have a issue you need to report to us - we are quick to respond.
