JOLIE REZ DE CHAUSSEE

Nous aimons notre belle unité au rez-de-chaussée à Kona Isle. Sortez de la véranda sur le beau terrain et vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée et de la belle plage avec son espace barbecue et sa vue magnifique. Il y a des chaises longues et des tables sur la plage où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre pendant que vous lisez un livre ou admirez le paysage spectaculaire. Regardez le coucher du soleil chaque soir avec votre «verre» préféré pendant que vous faites cuire du poisson frais au barbecue et profitez de l'esprit aloha de cette belle île. Il y a une piscine d'eau salée adjacente à la propriété pour votre plaisir. La propriété dispose d'une bibliothèque où vous pouvez obtenir un livre de la vaste sélection à lire pendant que vous vous détendez.

Nous avons eu des "ooos et aaaas" et "c'est magnifique" dans notre condo rénové. Nous voulons que vous aimiez notre "maison loin de chez nous" autant que nous. Nous avons fait refaire la salle de bain en 2015 et la cuisine a été refaite en 2016. Les photos sur notre site montrent le condo tel qu'il est.

SEPTEMBRE 2019 Nous venons de rentrer de notre condo après un mois. Nous avons notamment acheté une table et des chaises pour la véranda, des draps et des serviettes, des tapis d'appoint, deux chaises de plage, un ensemble de poêles à frire, une cafetière et nous avons remplacé les stores du salon. Nous avons également fait installer une nouvelle porte véranda en juillet. Nous changeons, remplaçons et ajoutons toujours des articles pour garder notre condo accueillant. Nous avons bien sûr fait notre nettoyage en profondeur et l'entretien pour garder le condo en bon état et fonctionner correctement. Nous avons déjà des plans pour certains changements à la copropriété qui seront faits, espérons-le, au cours de la prochaine année.
En JANVIER 2018, nous étions à Kona pendant un mois et avons à nouveau fait notre nettoyage en profondeur, vérifié les articles pour nous assurer qu'ils étaient en bon état, fait une petite peinture et notre grand projet cette année était d'acheter une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse, avait un canapé avec imprimé hawaïen fait, et acheté de nouveaux tapis pour correspondre. Chaque fois que nous sommes ici, nous améliorons un peu plus notre condo.

Mike et moi aimons ce coin de paradis et nous sommes sûrs que vous aussi. Mahalo pour visiter notre site et profitez de votre séjour!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this condo. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the beach supplies—it made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The bed was very comfortable, and the complex itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful area near the water where we could have our morning coffee, relax and enjoy a good book, and watch the sunset in the evenings. The saltwater pool was another highlight.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host provided such clear instructions that we didn’t need to reach out at all. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would happily return!

The kitchen was well equipped, except for a lack of baking items. So we bought a muffin pan and left it there for future guests. We appreciated the things that had been left in the kitchen, such as condiments and seasonings. I wish the refrigerator included an ice-maker. We didn’t care for the rocking chairs in the living room. We would have preferred cushioned side chairs or ideally a recliner chair. An ottoman or two would help. in the bedroom, we found it difficult to get into bed because it is so high. The shades on the sliding glass door were missing a slat. I think it was actually a poorly designed shade system. The pool is kept clean and comfortably warm. The beachfront area is very nice with good furnishings. We didn’t use the outdoor grills. The condo and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained.All in all a very nice condo and good value.

Very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The sandy beach area was where folks gathered at sunset to chat which made it feel very friendly and safe.

Our second stay at this lovely condo. Nice location and very comfortable. Ground floor is nice for coming and going and was awesome for us as we barbecued every night. Really enjoyed the new smart tv for nightime entertainment with our streaming services. We will be back.

Kona Anniversary Trip

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay here as this had everything you could want or need for your holiday. Location was perfect and we enjoyed eating our meals outside enjoying the ocean view. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location, Sunsets and more

Enjoyed my stay at Kona Isles - the condo was very comfortable and clean. The private beach was very pleasant for relaxing and sunsets, and listening to the waves (not a swimming beach - rocky). Enjoyed the pool and great beaches nearby.

Kona Isle great stay...

Kona Isle is a great property to stay in, the grounds are beautiful the condo is very nice, has everything you need. The communication was great very easy check in, organized. The condo has many upgrades and you feel like your home. The other owners, guests are very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Mike and I are retired and we live in San Jose, CA, but when we are here, it is our home away from home. Mike was a teacher in middle school and a software engineer. I worked in an elementary school for twenty plus years. Now that we are retired, we come to our condo every year to enjoy the beautiful island and to make sure everything we would want in a condo is available to our guests. We appreciate the feedback we get from our visitors and implement their suggestions.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We first visited the Big Island New Year's in the 80's and we loved it. I love looking at properties, just to look, and we would; when we visited. In 2000, just before leaving Kona, an agent took us to Kona Isle.
The instant we saw the beautiful well-manicured grounds, we fell in love with Kona Isle. We purchased a ground floor unit which enables you to walk out without walking down stairs. This is a plus because we are constantly going to the pool, or beach and we are right there. Kona Isle is close enough to town (just over a mile) to walk each morning while enjoying the beautiful weather. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, churches, beaches. Approximately 10 miles to the airport, and activities abound.
