Magnifique Timber Frame Guesthouse sur notre ferme de 50 acres dans les contreforts de WNC

Cette maison spacieuse est située sur notre ferme de 50 acres à Rutherfordton, NC. Accueil de nos 25 Chèvres Angora et 2 Chiens Gardiens de bétail, nos 2 chevaux et quelques chats de grange et 3 chiens de la maison. 6 bébés chèvres angora sont nés tout au long du mois de mars. Rien de plus mignon qu'un bébé de chèvre Angora et je prends toujours le temps de passer avec les invités qui visitent les animaux. Animaux acceptés avec grande cour bien clôturée pour les chiens bien élevés seulement. Les chiots doivent être mis en caisse s'il vous plaît. Près du centre équestre international de Tryon (moins de 30 minutes) et moins de 30 minutes du lac Lure et de Chimney Rock et une heure pour Asheville, Greenville, Caroline du Sud, Charlotte et de nombreux paysages dans toutes les directions.

La maison a été construite en 2014 et est très spacieuse et bien aménagée. Beau porche pour profiter de nos couchers de soleil colorés et d'un charmant sentier de randonnée à travers les bois qui entourent notre propriété. Visitez nos chèvres angora et magasinez dans notre gifshop de style ferme. Les propriétaires habitent dans le bungalow environ à 50 mètres de la maison d'hôtes.

Une bonne nuit de sommeil est un must, alors les deux grands lits ont des matelas Tempur Pedic!
Le matelas pneumatique queen de haute qualité convient mieux à la chambre à l'étage mais peut également être utilisé dans le salon. Dépliez le matelas dans le placard de la chambre en bas.

Si vous voulez vivre une expérience agricole, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Animaux acceptés, kid amical, gens sympathiques!

Absolutely amazing stay! From the beautiful cabin, lovely hostess, darling general store and beautiful,sweet animals it is a must stay location. We had to pretty much drag our boys off the farm to visit the Biltmore. I cannot say enough how lovely it is, thank you for having us!

Wow! What an incredible property! We visited the farm for three nights in April. If you prefer quietness and a peaceful setting, the property certainly provides that. However, we traveled with our young grandchildren and it was their ideal trip! From brushing and feeding the pigs, goats and miniature horses to barrel wagon rides and gem mining, there was never a dull moment. Debbi, the host, made sure the kids had a wonderful time! She is simply amazing. The timber farmhouse and grounds are beautifully and thoughtfully maintained. The spacious, lovely porch provided beautiful views. This is a one-of-a-kind property and a truly special place! Thank you Debbi for the love and care you offered us during our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm. The house and property are beautiful. The host met us upon arrival and was available if there were any questions. This is such a great place to stay for a family. Debbi and Craig have made the house feel like a home away from home and the farm itself is a wonderland for kids! Getting to interact with the animals and watch them all day makes for great vacation memories!

I am very proud of my animals good manners and spending lots of time socializing them from a young age has a lot to do with it, but I have to admit being that Vinny just showed up, I had little to do with his wonderful personality. Actually my sister and friend stayed at the farm and they really enjoyed it. My husband and I visited them every day and they always had a new story to tell ! Debbie is a gem and we all had lots of fun conversations and a fantastic tour of the farm and animals. I would highly recommend staying here in beautiful Rutherford County. Oh the shop is a treasure trove.

Our pup loved the fenced in yard!! We started every morning with coffee on the porch while we watched the sunrise. Debbi was and is a true joy! You don’t meet many people like her, during our farm tour she spoke as if we were family not strangers. We do hope to find some time to make it back and see how much things have changed!

This was our 6th annual visit and there has been something new to experience or new fur babies every year and surprisingly, every year is better than the previous stay. We had such at great time at the farmhouse! Our hosts were very gracious with their time. Mrs. Debbi showed our three little girls around the farm, letting them walk the miniature horses, groom the horses, feed a pumpkin to the pigs, and so much more. She even let a couple of her dogs play with our dog in the large fenced yard. All the animals on the farm were super sweet and gentle with the girls. The house has everything you need and is absolutely beautiful inside. Our girls also loved exploring the little country store on the property. It is also very conveniently located for those visiting The Biltmore or Forest City for the Christmas lights. We cannot say enough of good things about our visit to the farm!

The whole farm is a relaxing beautiful property with mountain views. The General Store, farm animals, and vacation house are all wonderful. I am originally from Queens New York , lived in
St. Louis MO and Rochester NY before working in South Florida for 30 years before retiring and building our dream farm in Western North Carolina. I worked as a Pediatric ICU Nurse then transitioned to medical sales . My husband grew up in W. Palm Beach and retired as a Captain with the Town of Palm Beach Fire Dept in 2012. His family roots were from Burlington/Greensboro/Mebane area of NC but we wanted to be closer to the mountains so we settled in the Foothills . Craig's creativity can be seen all over the farm and it really makes this place unique. I do the farm tours and manage all the animal care and love to talk with our visitors. No matter where our visitors come from we find we always have something in common. We love living in the area and sharing our little slice of heaven with visitors.

This is such a great area and is close to so many fun things to do. We are less than 30 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center, waterfalls, hiking, lots of cool towns close by, etc. Our timber frame guest house offers a very warm and inviting space for you to enjoy our beautiful farm or as your resting place after touring the area. We bought the property in 2007 and the only thing on it was an 8 acre hayfield so everything you see , we have done.
It's a great place for kids since they have lots of room and we are pet friendly so our yard is perfect for dog (s) ...only 2 please and please remember to pay the very reasonable dog fee. Many of our guests feel no need to leave the farm other than for basic needs. We're fortunate to have great internet and a fun store and friendly animals. You will have a beautiful fire pit and a nice grilled hooked up to an underground tank so we don't have to worry about you running out of gas in the middle of grilling! Easy access in and no scary roads to navigate at night.
There are 4 grocery store ( Food Lion, Aldi's, Walmart ( they deliver) and Ingles) 10-15 minutes away and 2 neighborhood stores for basics, pizza , ice cream, soda, etc within 5 minutes. Gas station within 5
minutes from farm. Easy drive to Tryon, Columbus, Morganton, Forest City and Spindale.

The sounds and sights of our farm will make you want to come back again! Our animals enjoy visitors, and so do we! If you want to be left alone, we know how to do that! This is a working farm and you have freedom to walk around and visit the animals. There is a mile and 1/3 trail through the woods for your morning or evening walks and plenty of other areas to explore. We have a Gem Mine for the kids ( and adults) and a grain bin gazebo with swings where you can sit in the evening and listen to the sounds of the farm. We are really proud of our great reviews and will always make sure you will not be disappointed with your stay at Cherry Mountain Farm! Please remember if you bring your dog there is a very reasonable dog fee for up to 2 dogs so please check this off when making reservations so it gets added.
