Everything was clean and well stocked! We loved the view, comfortable furniture and details like extra beach towels and blankets. There isn’t one thing that could have been better!

The perfect location away from spring breakers with a beautiful beach and two pools. Quiet complex near grocery stores, restaurants and the national park. We loved coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sun set. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for a lovely week!

The rental property was as expected. We enjoyed the balcony to take in the ocean view, especially since the weather did not cooperate during our stay. The owner provided ample instructions needed during our stay, as well as good recommendations for some of their favorite places to dine and visit. We would stay again.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Very spacious, maintained and beautifully decorated. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were luxury and the kitchen and linens were well stocked. Great to have a separate washer and dryer. Balcony is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening.

Great Offseason Stay

Everything was exactly as described and was a great place for a winter beach trip. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for our young kids.

Wonderful condo and great location

Beach Colony Resorts in Perdido Key is a perfect location to watch the Blue Angels practice. We love to walk to Johnson Beach National Seashore for a closer view. Occasionally, they will fly right by the condo in formation at sunset. See the pictures on the website. They were taken from the beach just outside the condo. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hofsgrund. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Our hosts were very accommodating and answered questions about what we could do in the area. We really liked the trails that could be accessed just up the road. They offered awesome views of the town and surrounding area. An evening hike to Schauinsland is a must for a beautiful view of sunset! The baker is right nextdoor, a good restaurant a 3 minute walk across the street, and a bus stop just outside. The town and surrounding area are lovely; we would recommend a stay.
