BIENVENUE AU PARADIS!! Belle Oceanfront 3 BR Townhome avec une vue imprenable!

Townhome Oceanfront dispose de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains. Vue directe sur l'océan depuis la terrasse en bord de mer et accès facile à la plage par une promenade exclusivement réservée aux propriétaires de maisons en rangée. Professionnellement décoré avec cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et lave-vaisselle. Cette unité dispose de 4 télévisions par câble, y compris un téléviseur HD de 48 pouces dans le salon et Internet haute vitesse sans fil. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'étage principal, une douche extérieure fermée h / c et un gril à gaz. La chambre principale au niveau supérieur a un lit king et une salle de bains principale privée. Il y a deux autres chambres à l'étage supérieur avec une reine dans une pièce et une double couchette dans l'autre (double en haut et double en bas). Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit double. PAS D'ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE. NE PAS FUMER. Deux places de stationnement par unité

Townhome was clean and right on the beach. Plenty of space for the two of us for the week. While the AC wasn’t working when we checked in, Janice was on it when we let her know and it was fixed asap.

This unit was super clean and extremely well equipped. You barely need to bring anything but yourself and your bathing suit. It was a beautiful view and they were extremely responsive. Very appreciative that we found this place and will go back.

This place is special. Access to amenities that most don’t provide to renters. We really appreciated things like beach towels and chairs. The view was spectacular. Everything was comfy. Communication with the owner was stellar. Will be back!

Beautiful place!!! Loved the porch with umbrella!!! View of beach and ocean was fantastic!!! Saw dolphins cresting in the waves! Kitchen had everything we needed! Master bedroom had very comfy bed and we opened the windows to have cool ocean breeze and hear waves crash as we slept! Overall great stay! Very close to aquarium too! Definitely will stay at again!

Best view of the beach with instant access. The house was super cozy with the kitchen and living room open and facing the waves. We couldn't ask for more. With 3 bedrooms my son finally got a bed vs the sofa!

Welcome to Paradise is a beautiful oceanfront townhome! It's obvious that Janice has maintained, decorated, furnished, and stocked this home as if it were her primary residence. All linens were furnished, including multiple beach towels. I didn't have to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc., which made packing so much easier. The outdoor shower was awesome after spending a couple of hours on the beach! The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. The unit was very clean. Our stay in this very well-appointed townhouse was so comfortable! We found everything we needed & more, from kitchen appliances & cookware to beach towels & chairs. Loved the view from the deck and living area, with an easy walk to the beach from the lower-level boardwalk. Looking at the listing, I thought, oh it sounds so nice, but the actual place was even better. Communication with our host was amazing. She'll respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns, and she's just so sweet!We're usually on the Emerald Isle end of the island, but we really liked this location by Professor Hacker's minigolf and close to the aquarium. Highly recommend Captain Norman's shrimp!For anybody with mobility challenges or with small kids to wrangle, the townhouse layout and the boardwalk to the beach were both quite manageable (unless you can't do stairs at all). I'd estimate 10 steps from the parking spot under the building up to the main level of the townhouse, and another 8 steps up to the bedroom. To get to the boardwalk, you go down to the parking level and over to the end of the building. The boardwalk itself has 2 sets of stairs going down to the beach, for a total of maybe 14 steps, plus a short path through the primary dune with a slight slope up and then down to the beach. I'd just finished chemo, and my stamina was shot, but I was still able to get around.
