Good location. Easy beach access. Clean. Kitchen/cooking tools well supplied with a regular coffee maker a Keurig. Two beach chairs on site with a few toys for kids. Good host communication.

This was our second year staying at Colony by the Sea, and it’s safe to say we’ll absolutely be back!While we experienced a very minor hiccup on our first day, Naomi personally stepped in and took care of everything immediately. That’s the kind of customer service that turns a small inconvenience into a reason to come back. She was responsive, professional, genuinely caring, and made sure our vacation got right back on track.The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views, but what really sets this place apart is the people. Naomi went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.Thank you for another fantastic vacation. We can’t wait to return next year, and we’ll definitely be looking forward to working with Naomi again!

An older property, but cute and functional for family of four. The host was extremely responsive, and property had all the comforts of home. Originally unsure of here or closer to Emerald but the beach and property were private, quiet, and convenient. We would definitely stay again!

We just stayed at this condo last week. It was really nice. There were 4 of us. A nice master bedroom, very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had twin beds and they were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great. The living room and dining area were very large and well equipped with puzzles, games, really nice tvs. It also had a great back deck with a good view of the water. It was just a short walk to the beach which was great. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
