Notre belle maison du Cap a tout ce dont une famille a besoin. Salon extérieur avec foyer, douche, télévision, réfrigérateur et grill. Salle de sous-sol bonus. Lancement de bateau privé 2 / 10ths d'un mile à la fin de la rue. Plage publique 1. 5 miles. Restaurants, épicerie et magasin de paquets dans un mi!e. Mashpee Commons se trouve à 4,5 km et le centre-ville de Falmouth à 8 km. Profitez de la magnifique baie de Waquoit et de l'île Washburn. Apportez votre bateau, déposez-le au bas de la rue, pas besoin d'attendre! Soyez à Martha's Vineyard pour le déjeuner en 45 minutes sans souci. Un vrai plaisir du Cap dans votre jardin

Cape cod rental

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and water. The landscaping was beautiful, backyard with outdoor shower and fireplace added extra rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house for myself, family and dog. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to beaches and both Mashpee Commons and Falmouth center restaurants and shops. Owner responded quickly to a couple of questions which is always much appreciated!

One of the cleanest cottages we have evered rented the backyard was a big plus along with being a very quiet location close to Falmouth center and anything else you may need.

Labor Day Wedding Getaway

My husband and I along with our 5 children had an amazing stay here! Everything was clean and bright, and the kids loved the outdoor space and the outdoor shower. We were close to all the rehearsal and wedding venues as well as several other fun little things we wanted to try like Smitty’s ice cream and whale watching. Brian and Kimberley were very accommodating of our schedule and made the whole experience a pleasure. We hope we get a chance to come to the Cape again, and we would love to stay here if we did!

Falmouth house

Very easy to communicate with property owner. He usually answered my questions within minutes. The backyard is lovely with a large table, many chairs, small fridge, shade coverings, TV, and great outdoor shower. We spent much of our time here. The house has 2 kayaks and a canoe, but you have to drive them down the road to the boat launch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brian’s place! It was beautifully clean, comfortable, and so fun! We loved the ping pong table!! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Perfect for family

We stayed here for a long holiday weekend with family. It was perfect. The house was spotless and the yard was amazing. We spent every night outside watching tv and enjoying a fire. The house had everything we needed. The bonus was we coujd bring our dog. The boat launch area is just a 5 minute walk and the neighborhood is so nice. 5 minute drive to the beach. It was perfect. Close enough to downtown ! We would and will definitely rent here again.

Great place for a family to enjoy a Cape-cation. Close to everything that’s fun in and around Falmouth, backyard is fantastic! Hoping to be able to stay again next summer, would recommend it to anyone looking to have the prototypical Cape Cod vacation.

Good place to call home away from home

It was good. The place was clean and the table tennis set was enjoyed by the kids. There was ample space for everyone. We wondered why the TV was on top of the refrigerator but otherwise, the TVs in the rooms were useful.

Great yard!

We really enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful property. The house was very clean and spacious! The window AC units kept the place cool even during this hot week. The backyard was our favorite feature, very private and fun to hang out in the evening and enjoy the breeze. The house had everything we needed!

Great little place on the Cape

Great house close to everything in the Falmouth area. Clean, includes everything you need for a week long stay. Great outdoor living area with fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly was a great feature as well. We will be back!

House is perfect. Brian is an amazing host

Loved the house. It's bigger than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor space was perfect for grilling and hanging out in the late afternoon/ evening. My kids liked the "chill zone" in the basement with the comfy couch and ping pong table. Despite the lack of central air the house stayed cool during 90+ degree weather with the window units running. Great location- minutes from beaches, shopping, downtown Falmouth, Mashpee and Woods Hole. Brian was also a great host. We were visiting during what we thought was going to be a hurricane and he was very understanding and flexible. Everything we could need was available to us already in the house- lots of towels!. Very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend!

E Falmouth Home Away from Home

Nice place with just a couple problems that need repair. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed and the grill doesn't light without a lighter on site. Otherwise, fantastic.

As a host I want my guests to have the best vacation possible. One of the things I do is to leave a paper with general information about the property as well as information about the Cape and Falmouth. Where to find light bulbs when trash comes are just examples. One item reads "Bathroom door is finicky. Pull handle up to reset and then close firm". The door does shut! Also I provide two functioning lighters for the grill. They were there during this guests stay, as they are still in the same location and in working order today. Otherwise the property was left in great shape!

great family vacation

super set up for families with older children. The backyard patio is great for watching the ballgame, grilling and chilling. The gardens are beautiful with interesting flowers. Walk to Mad Marthas! Falmouth country club is close by too.

Cape Cod Escape

Staying in Brian's property was a fantastic experience. The house was just as described and, though we were only 3 (2 humans and a dog), it could definitely host a family. The backyard was the highlight and boasted a usable gas grill and tremendous fire pit. Brian was readily accessible with any questions I had. It is a perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet. A short distance (by car) to the beach and restaurants/bars. I'd recommend using the fire pit, getting food from Falmouth Fish Market (awesome selection and quality) and staying in at night as we weren't "over the moon" about any nearby eateries. Ideal spot for relaxing in a cozy and quaint home just far enough off the beaten path.
