This property was great! Was on the cape for a family reunion and the home provided everything and more that we needed. Was especially great to be able to bring my dog who loved the huge back deck.

Beautiful home close to beach

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful house. The spacious deck is surrounded by natural woods and decorated with comfortable patio furniture. The location is perfect with only minutes to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Bucolic setting with all the comforts of home

We came to Mashpee because of the beauty and relaxation Cape Cod is known for, not to mention its proximity to Falmouth where my debut novel was set. The house and area didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Amazing home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners were available via email to address any questions we had regarding the home. It was a perfect stay for my fiancé and I for our friends wedding weekend at New Seabury. The proximity to South Cape Beach was also a plus (5 min drive!!!)

Great location and well stocked beautiful home! Loved it!

We stayed over the the week of July 4th with 2 adults and 3 kids. The house was very clean and had plenty of room! We loved that it was close to Mashpee Commons and the beach. Not a far drive to catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the day too! Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return to this house in the future.

Excellent Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We very much appreciated that it was dog friendly as our little frenchie is truly a part of our family. The huge deck was amazing, we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Kevin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend at Willowbend

We had a great time just hanging on the back deck. We were a group of adults from Massachusetts that were there for our friend’s wedding so we were not there for a typical Cape weekend. I chose it for the deck and the outdoor shower and neither disappointed. The house is exactly as described and all felt the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for activities in that area. The nature path at the end of the cul de sac was a bonus.

Wonderful!!!

My husband and three children stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting family who live in town. It was perfect! Every room has a TV and comfortable seating and a place to sleep! I can't wait to book again during the summer and make use of the gigantic porch and outdoor seating areas (& fire pit!) Decor is MORE than tasteful, it's stylish! And the owners Kevin and Connie are really hospitable and responsive! They even welcomed us with a lovely treat! It was one of our best trips ever...and we will definitely be back soon!

Séjour parfait

Tout était parfait, de la première prise de contact au Check off. Nous avons grandement apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque. Supermarchés à proximité. Plage à 15 minutes environ en voiture. Nous renviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location. Le seul point négatif a été de ne pas pouvoir rencontrer physiquement les propriétaires. Enjoyed this 3br cozy house with huge deck in quiet neighborhood. Mashpee Commons close by has it all. Great beach 10 min drive.

Summer 2022 at Sandalwood Village

Our family had a tremendous time staying at the property. The home (kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms) was spacious, clean, and sunny. The back deck and outdoor shower were incredible and we used them every day. The location was ideal: our college son was playing baseball in the Cape League, our college daughter was working nearby, and we were close to the games, her job, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and every other Cape destination. The house and the outdoors were supplied with everything we needed, including a large gas grill and comfortable deck chairs. The kitchen, bathrooms, AC, TV’s, and overhead fans were all in great shape. The house owner was readily available and helpful with any questions that we had - and he did everything he could to ensure that we had a wonderful stay at the home, which we did!

Wedding Weekend

We were attending a wedding nearby so decided to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel since we needed 3 bedrooms. This house was perfect. Clean and comfortable with plenty to do nearby. We had fun walking 6 miles on nearby trails and had lunch at Bad Martha’s Brewery. Other than that were busy with wedding activities. Thanks Kevin for your hospitality!

An absolutely beautiful home cant wait to go back

Our stay at this beautiful, private and pristine home was exactly the trip we needed It exceeded our expectations, couldn’t of asked for a better location, so close to beach, trails ,stores and restaurants, but so very private if you want to stay low key Kevin was such an amazing host , any questions I had he answered within minutes and also provided a binder full of info including restaurants, directions to beaches , trails , etc it was very helpful Our check in was a breeze we walked in and were greeted with gorgeous views , beautiful decor and it was spotless and smelled so good and clean Already looking at dates to go back asap If you want a spotless spacious home with a beautiful two level private deck , close to beach and everything else you need or want on a vacation, this is definitely the place to stay If I could give 10 stars I would.

Beautiful winter getaway

We loved the cottage and the area. There are great walking trails nearby, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and it was a super home base from which to explore. The house is well kitted out with kitchen items, linens, and supplies. Shops and such are a few minutes away. The central gas fireplace is especially cozy in colder weather. Definitely recommended.

The owner is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. And while the pictures are great, the house is even better in person. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. We love it here and will definitely be back!
