This was a wonderful place for us to host our large family gathering. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped kitchen, great yard for the kids to run around and fish, multiple areas for people to gather, talk, play games and just be together. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was loved by all! We would definitely use this property/host again.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Willow Pond. We love the house because it is large enough for our growing family. We also love the pool. The host makes sure it is heated for the kiddos who are brave enough to swim. The fire pit was a big hit too with the family. The host goes to great lengths to provide games, puzzles, and even pool toys. He also made sure was someone there to greet us, provide information and answer questions. Great experience and will return again.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further. Check in was great. There is a caretaker for the property. We loved him. The kitchen is the most nicely appointed kitchen I have ever been in. It has everything. The pool was amazing. The house and grounds are amazing. We loved everything about our stay.

Great location

Willow Pond was a great location for our annual family vacation. Ages 9 months to 90 all enjoyed the grounds…fishing pond, pool, fire pits and grounds. The house was well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time together. The welcome basket included nibbles and all the fixings for nightly smores. Easy access by air or car with shopping nearby was a real plus.Our whole family gave this property a unanimous thumbs up.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The host provided a little “goodie bag“ upon our arrival. We were also met, on arrival, by Philip the caretaker. He was amazing. My family and I had an awesome stay at Willow Pond. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect size for our family and there were plenty of pool toys for all ages. Movie theater was great for hanging out at night time and the wrap around porch was the spot for sunsets and just relaxing. Phillip made our trip even more special with him taking the time to go fishing with my kids and I. He was a perfect host and a wonderful person that my family encountered. I would highly recommend Willow Pond to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation close enough to downtown, but far enough to have a secluded place of your own in the country.

Best weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and it was amazing! The property is so beautiful, clean, and so well stocked. Wonderful stay!

We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We had such an amazing time staying at Willow Pond! We planned our wedding weekend there, it was amazong to host our event at the property and have close family stay with us for the entire weekend. Everything was perfect for us and we received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the property is. The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Willow Pond!

We are passionate about providing a peaceful getaway to be inspired, be creative and most of all to spend time with the dear ones in our lives. This house is a haven for our family and we want it to be one for you too. Dudley bought the house in 1995 and has spent a wonderful few years raising a family and making memories here, now we want to share it with you. Dudley married Sharia in March 2016 and immediately decided to create a retreat for artists, writers and families who need a place to be together. Together they have six wonderfully creative and talented children, six stunning grandchildren, and of course the pups Georgia and Nora who love to come to the house to run wild on the grounds. Dudley originally hails from Kentucky and Sharia from Mt. Juliet, Tn.
