Ce condo du 14e étage comprend 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et plus de 1 650 pi2 de surface habitable. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur le golfe du sol au plafond tout au long de l'espace de vie ouvert, avec le balcon en bord de mer accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Cette maison est entièrement meublée et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat partout, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, et une suite de maître invitant!

Silver Shells St. Croix 1404 a tout pour plaire! Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine font partie de l'espace de vie principal à aire ouverte. La cuisine a des appareils de taille, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle nécessaires pour profiter de vos repas préférés dans le confort de votre maison de vacances. Le salon a un mur virtuel de fenêtres pleine longueur et des portes coulissantes en verre qui offrent de belles vues sur la plage à toute la région et s'ouvrent sur le balcon du front de golf. Le balcon est meublé avec table et chaises, et est sûr d'être l'un de vos espaces préférés dans la maison

Beautiful property with an amazing view!

Was a great place to stay! Beautiful views, nice pool. Restaurant was great. Beach bar is was not open in December. Which would’ve been nice to be able to eat lunch on the property

Relaxing family spring break

This condo and resort were perfect for our low key spring break Desin trip. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach, nice pool and pickle ball courts each day. There are a great variety of resaurants to dine in close by and the condo itself was very well appointed with a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Very nice!

Burch Vacation

Our stay was good, clean and efficient, loved our view. Beach boys were friendly and helpful. The condo had an unpleasant smell but I couldn’t figure it out maybe the rug needs cleaning because it was clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great location and getaway!

We’ve been coming here for years and the views, location and building are wonderful!!! You truly couldn’t ask for a better place! We had a couple small issues that were normal wear and tear stuff (dryer, etc) and this manager handled them quickly and efficiently for us. Truly a great unit, and great people servicing the unit. The host did a wonderful job decorating and staging the unit as well. Our family and 6 kids would love to stay again, we’re even looking at potentially buying a unit in the future because you can’t get much better than here! Thank you!

very spacious with a great view.

We loved our stay! The condo is well equipped and spacious. The beds were all comfy with nice mattresses. The patio view to the ocean side was gorgeous. You are right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. My son enjoyed having a parking garage so his car was always cool when we went places. It is located pretty central to a lot of things. You actually have two balconies. The second one is facing the tennis courts. There is no furniture on that one. The owners should add some. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for bathing. I was pleased with our choice in this condo.. The only issue we has was we did not like the feel of the tile floor on our feet. Someone needs to mop it with some vinegar to cut the cleaner they are using. It is leaving a film on the nice tile. The condo was very clean other than that issue. I would not call it dirty at all, just need a new floor cleaner. I would advise to bring a small fan to put on the nightstand. Two fans in the unit ran super slow! The rest were fine. Also one last helpful hint. There are plantation shutters in the bedrooms. Needless to say when the sun comes up it is light in the room. It may not be an issue for you but for us we like it dark! No one wants to wake up early on vacation!

Overall great place to stay.., best views and fully equipped with everything! Need little upgrades on Rug in leaving room and master bathroom!

Exceeded expectations

The complex was as expected based on research. The room however, we were wonderfully surprised to find the space, furniture, layout, space, cleanliness etc all to be better than advertised. You will not be disappointed. Very very nice and comfortable.

Great condo

The condo and the resort exceeded our expectations. The condo was remodeled and provided a great living space. The view from the 14th floor was exceptional. The amenities were many with tennis courts, two gyms, two pools, two hot tubs, underground parking and great security. We would come back to the resort and would highly recommend it to anyone.
