Nouveau salon à porte coulissante en verre (août 2018) Complexe à faible densité - seulement 18 unités - le complexe se trouve directement sur la plage et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville! Beautiful location but in serious need of updates and a deep clean

Beautiful view and location make my rating fair: however we were greeted with a weird mothball/mildew /old lady smell that was just weird and bade me feel like it was not clean upon just entering the place. Shower curtains and back of curtains on sliding glass doors to outside were just nasty Looking, couches and furniture were dingy and dirty looking and smelled at times would you would move in the chair. We bought candles and smell eliminators at Walmart that helped. Beds were uncomfortable and each time you sit on them a spring would sound like it was breaking. Sand was all over master bedroom top of dresser upon first entering the room. The rugs in each room are outdoor rugs and just appear to be filthy. The bedspreads look so outdated and dingy we were afraid to use them. Beds were made with only sheets. A lot of cleanup was required upon checkout
 much more than we’ve had to do before, so clean up afterward should be easy for cleaning crew!

Perfect location!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the view and the location. We cooked in the condo and enjoyed family time on the large balcony.

Had trouble with check in codes took about 2 hours of playing phone tag with t0he contact person. It was quite embarrassing standing out there for 2 hours waiting on code to open the door. Then paying 200 dollars for a parking permits to park acroos the street. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Overall, our stay was very good...we've stayed in this unit a year ago. However, the main bathroom shower had very low water pressure and this needs to be fixed. Beyond that, all was great!

Perfect location with a beautiful beach

Close to everywhere you want to be at the beach! The only negative was the beds were not comfortable. Balcony great view. Pool is nice. Very clean. Bathroom and bedrooms are a little outdated. But they were clean.

We've been returning to Gulf Shores since 2018 and staying at the same beachfront complex. Great location and easy access to beach and restaurants we like.

Good area

Air was not working upon arrival. 2 hours later it was resolved. Hot water heater did not work and had to be replaced. Was not left clean with old “dip” on the patio and old coffee in the pot. Mold in the tub jets. Pull out sofa had only springs and was not able to be slept on.

Elevator was not working properly

Elevator would bounce as you tried to exit and enter and the door would not open completely every time and would open a foot or two and close before you could enter or exit. We were very uncomfortable using it but given the amount of baggage we had we felt we were forced to use it. Other tenants mentioned the same concerns.

Everything as described

We had a great time. The location is great and easy access to beach and the Hangout. Our AC did not work but because it was March, and still cool out it was bearable and the rental company had someone out there very quickly after I called about it! We would def. Stay there again!

Great location and very clean!

Overall I loved my stay and would stay there again. The condo was clean, ample parking was available, and the easy access to the beach was awesome! The pool was nice, and the common areas were clean and well kept. My only negative comments I have are that the bed was hard and the bedding was cheap. Also, the main bathroom could really use some updating and so could the living room furniture. I would recommend covering the couch with a sheet and bringing your own bedding.

Needs safety updates

When arriving we noticed the refrigerator had not been wiped out, the plugins are worn very badly to the extent that the cords fall out, sparks fly at times, lamps flicker, bedroom closet piled full of stuff in the floor to the point you cant use the closet. The blue bedroom walls were very nasty and stained and has a terrible smell. Also the end table by the recliners mirror top in cracked and someone could get cut on it. The deck pillows need replaced due to mildew stains, (3 outdoor cute pillows at Walmart for $15)

POORLY MAINTAINED

The unit had everything advertised, including great WiFi, unbeatable location, and HOT water. We enjoyed the beachfront balcony! However the unit was disgustingly dingy. Broken furniture, mold on the ceiling, dust on the walls, stained everything- walls, furniture, rugs- broken shower handles, grimy sink. The unit is in major need of a thorough clean and update of many items. We were very disappointed with the quality of this rental property.

Nice enough!

The condo is spacious, more than enough for two. The location is great, easy beach access with a wonderful view from the third floor facing the shore. Lovely sunrises and sunsets from there. The overall furnishings are a bit shabby and could use an update, but it is clean and was adequate for our needs.
