New owners! Lots of updates!! Get ready to relax in this beachfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1st floor condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This beautiful property offers a phenomenal getaway for guests. Located walking distance to the Hangout intersection. With only 18 units, parking is never a problem. $50 parking fee for the stay. Sleeps 6. Unit features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and twin bunk beds, you'll have superb sleeping arrangements for a restful night's sleep. The complex features a coin laundry for your convenience. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with tub/shower, towels and a hair dryer, ensuring you can freshen up with ease. Built in chargers in bed and bedside tables. We have added ceiling fans, blackout curtains and a smart tv in both bedrooms and family room. Updated kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, cookware, dishes, keurig coffee maker, coffee pot/maker and microwave. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Soak up some rays on the beach or by the outdoor pool. Lots of popular restaurants close by including Bahama Bobs, DeSoto's, Shrimp Basket, Hangout, Original Oyster House, Sea N Suds, and Scoops for ice cream. If you'd rather stay in, there is a grill and outdoor seating. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place. Don't forget your beach towel and chairs!

Nothing but good things to say about my stay. Location was in a fantastic spot, parking was easy beach view was great. Condo was very clean and had plenty of room for me and 2 friends. Would highly recommend staying at Southern Sands!

Absolutely beautiful.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The owner is very nice and was prompt with any questions we had. 10/10 recommend this for a vacation or quick getaway. The beach is absolutely stunning and pool is clean.

Vacation and Baseball

We came down for a baseball tournament and choose this as the prime location it had. Everything during our stay was exceptional. The condo was in great shape, decorated very well, VERY comfortable beds. Being a smaller condo building, it was very easy to get in and out and parking was always available. The communication with the property owner was top notch also! They always answered our questions quickly and very friendly. Would stay here again!

We"ve been to southern sands several times. This was by far, the best furnished units we've ever had... real furniture, comfortable beds. Good pans and utensils. Area rugs were great for kids to play on. Host extremely easy to communicate with. Beds assortment worked perfectly for us! Housekeeper does fantastic job. Thank you so much for sharing this home away from home.

Great stay and super helpful host

We booked this somewhat last minute for Sand in my Boots fest and it was the best decision we could have made. We were a 5 minute walk to the festival. Close enough to the action but in the direction of the least amount of foot traffic at closing. This was a great stay for us!My one piece of info would be if you are going to the fest and looking to go to florabama after, that might be really hard with the road closures. (This would not apply to normal times, just when a festival is being held at hang out) If you are just chilling and looking to for a great place to stay look no further. (It was fun to people watch the folks leaving from our balcony too!) The condo was well stocked with kitchen wares for almost anything you could need during a stay. It is a second floor unit, we didn’t go to the beach so I’m not 100% sure what the process is for beach chairs.The pool was peaceful and everyone was very friendly! Thanks again to our hosts!!!
