OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Dr. South Shore Que vous recherchiez des vacances en été ou que vous souhaitiez prolonger votre été d’une saison à l’autre, vous trouverez tout le confort dont vous avez besoin dans cette charmante maison située à quelques pas de l’océan et à quelques minutes à pied de la jetée de pêche de Rodanthe . Avez-vous un groupe actif à divertir? Pas de soucis, cette maison a une piscine privée avec deux douches extérieures et une salle de jeux qui les divertira pendant des heures avec table de billard, baby-foot, télévision à écran plat / BluRay et bar avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Bien sûr, l'océan et le son sont dans la rue dans les deux sens pour encore plus d'options de divertissement. Avez-vous une grande foule? Ne vous inquiétez pas, cette maison spacieuse dispose de 7 chambres. Le premier niveau comprend la salle de jeu ainsi que deux chambres (2 lits simples, superposés pyramidaux avec lit gigogne) qui partagent un bain. Le niveau intermédiaire dispose de 4 chambres dont 1 chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain privée. Au sommet de la maison se trouve une autre chambre principale du roi qui s'ouvre sur le pont. La grande salle avec plafond voûté dispose d'un bar, d'un espace de vie généreux, d'une salle à manger et d'une cuisine bien équip��e avec bar. Beaucoup de fenêtres et de terrasses offrent des vues sur l'océan. Family friendly with plenty of space

Family friendly with plenty of space. Overall very pleased with our stay the property is well-kept and identical to the picture shown. Great location and plenty of amenities. Highly recommend it for anyone with the family and kids.

Great spot for large families

Did a week with 14 people, ranging from age 1 to 69. House was fully equipped with amenities, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Pool was great, as was the hot tub. Kids liked being downstairs with games and TV. Adults preferred the upper decks when not at beach or pool. Loved having large lot, and short walk to beach. Pool deck needs some attention, as the wood has nails pops and some splinter hazard. We also had some ants every morning on the kitchen counter, but bought a spray and about 80% of it went away.

Family Fun

We loved the home but once we got there I didn’t feel like surf or sound responded to my emails or calls we got up one morning early on in our vacation and apparently the dish washer was leaking and made the floor come unglued I had to call several times but they never came out and fixed it which sucked for us because we cooked the whole time and there was 14 of us we did t like having to stand and do all the dishes since we was on our vacation the house was nice and whom ever is over the home left us a gift we would stay here again!

Overall a Nice Home

First time in the outer banks. There really isn’t a “beach” there as the ocean was right up to many of the houses. The house was very nice, stocked with everything you need. So many things for the kids to do. We paid for pool heat which was worth it even though it was cold. There was broken glass in the first floor when we got there one of the kids cut their foot open. The kitchen and dining is on the top floor so be prepared to walk three flights of stairs several times a day. The rooms were spacious the beds and pillows all comfy. We had a great time, most likely wouldn’t stay in Rodanthe again though as there was not a lot to do locally without driving. Not very many restaurants in Rodanthe either. If we were to stay in Rodanthe, we would certainly stay in this house again!

Our stay at Endless Summer, Rodanthe, OBX home was truly special and filled with the kind of moments you wish you could bottle up and keep forever. When we first arrived, I’ll admit it felt a bit smaller than the photos suggested but somehow, by the end of the trip, it had completely transformed into a place that felt like home. That shift says everything about the warmth and comfort this space offered.The house was incredibly kiddo and toddler friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much easier and more enjoyable. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful extras—there was an excellent assortment of beach and pool toys ready to go, and having cornhole available meant one less thing to worry about renting. It made those laid-back afternoons and family game nights even more fun.The location was another highlight. With partial views of both the ocean and the sound, you really got the best of both worlds. It was so easy to walk or bike to nearby spots—whether we were heading out for souvenirs, grabbing coffee and what might be the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had, or letting the kids burn off energy at the local arcade. Everything felt accessible without losing that peaceful, tucked-away vibe.If I had one complaint, it would be the pool heat. We did pay extra for it, and it didn’t quite meet expectations the entire trip. That said, it seems like this can be a common challenge in OBX during cooler weather.

Had a great experience! The house was great. Everyone enjoyed the view of the ocean. Great memories made playing pool. Glad the house was great because the fishing was terrible!

Wonderful house!

Lovely house, had everything we needed! Big private pool/hottub area, short walk to the beach on dead end street, plenty of shaded out door spaces, lots of room to spread out.

Great vacation, but……

The home was a lovely vacation spot. Pics accurately portray the property. Amenities; location; fires on the beach and the fun we made, led to a great family vacation. However, help from management was poor. Small bumps expected but two situations need to be stated. 1- home appeared very clean initially. First morning making bed, realized blanket we used had vomit on it. Biggest concern is these aren’t laundered between uses. Pretty disgusting! 2- grill - used it first night. Very dirty— we cleaned it up but had a grease fire anyway and charred meal which was ruined. Immediately notified management(Sunday). They came out Monday morning; took pictures of grill and said unfixable, needs to be replaced. Never came until Friday- our last night. I contacted them during the week but no response. Tried cooking on that replacement grill- another grease fire that required dry chemicals to put it out. Another charred meal. Thankfully, we had two firefighters with us that knew what to do. It could have been a very bad situation. The flames almost reached the covered top! I am upset about the irresponsibility and dangerous situation which did not have to be if management was more diligent. I immediately contacted management and again, no response! With that said, I would stay again but would be a hawk-eye on day one and more persistent in getting problems resolved! But I want to be problem -solving free on vacation— this was not necessary.

Few problems but overall was a great home!

Over all this home was beautiful! The location is AMAZING. However we were slightly disappointed by the current state of the grill. We found a cigarette under the couch, and there was mold on the shower heads. Minor issues but over all cleanliness wasn’t top notch. However we made some fantastic memories that are irreplaceable!!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Endless Summer. The pool area was fantastic. There were plenty of places to lay out and get some sun, and beautiful views from the decks. This house is absolutely meant for entertaining. We hope to be back next year!
