We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Perfect location and beautiful home! We even got to experience deer walking almost right up to us while drinking our coffee! So much fun!

Peaceful Retreat

Location was perfect to the beach and semi -private pool. Unit was well upkept. Only drawback was parking. Only two spaces are available and there was no overnight overflow parking in the town. We came with my two adult children and their family so we had 3 vehicles.

WaterColor

The cottage/condominium was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our only minor issue was we could only get one bike code to work and we did not have a code to the pool. We called management but were not able to connect with anyone. We had a wonderful time!

Honeymoon

We will never be able to top this past week. Absolutely beautiful property with the local food vendors and especially Parlor doughnuts. Amazing week with an amazing, beautiful woman, my wife.

September 2021 Stay

We spent a week at 1848 30A #10 with our 3 year old grandson and his parents. Very nice unit, beautifully decorated. Lots of room so everyone had their space. Well equiped kitchen. Easy access to beach and Watercolor services. We had previously stayed at an upstairs unit on this property, but chodse this lower unit for easy access to the pool. The bunkbeds with rented bed rails were perfect for the 3 year old. Note that sound from the upper level is tranmitted to the area of the bunks, so it is necessary to be very quiet upstairs if someone is using the bunks. We plan to stay here again.
