You'll spend your days practicing your golf skills on the putting green, shooting hoops in the pool, grilling in the built-in barbecue island with swim-up bar, and cooling off thanks to the covered patio's misting system. Inside, you can play Ping-Pong or pool, set up a family tournament at the poker table, or gather around the game room's Smart TV.



The space
There's no end to the indoor and outdoor entertainment available at this three-bedroom home, a beautifully designed desert retreat with a private pool that wraps around the house, an attached spa, and it's very own swim-up bar out back. You'll spend your days practicing your golf skills on putting green, shooting hoops in the pool, grilling in the built-in barbecue island with swim-up seating, and cooling off thanks to the covered patio's misting system. Inside, you can play Ping-Pong or pool, set up a family tournament at the poker table, or gather around the game room's Smart TV with surround sound. As the sun sets each evening, head outside to the firepit to watch the sky change color and retreat to one of three bedrooms - a master with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with double-over-double bunks the fourth bedroom will be closed guests will not have access to that room

* Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool/spa should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $92/day.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking is available in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street, per city restrictions.

• 1-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 92 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.
