This condo is beautifully decorated - very comfortable - well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and toys etc. this was our 2nd stay and we booked our 3rd for next year!

Wonderful place!

We lucked out finding this place for a last minute vacation! It was perfect
 The location, amenities, cleanliness, everything! Kitchen is well stocked. Having the beach toys, chairs and towels was great since we didn’t have those with us traveling. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time - perfect spot - very clean!. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for little ones. There are plenty of games and books if you have a rainy day.

This is our 3rd time in this unit - we love the location - nice decor and amenities - we only booked another unit for next summer because this one was already reserved for our dates. Great condo!!

Great stay

First, I want to say how clean this property was! Seriously, the cleanest beach property I've ever stayed. It had everything we needed and a beautiful view. Very quick walk to the pool and the beach as well as plenty of parking. We had a minor issue of not receiving any check-in instructions, but we were able to call and it was handled quickly.

Wonderful!

Beautiful, clean condo in nice complex with great pools. Condo is spacious, updated and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped and there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys as well. Been going to Amelia Island for several years and always have the best vacation.

Wonderful property!

The location was perfect, the property was clean and well stocked and exactly as pictured. Our beach access was an easy two minute walk, and we enjoyed amazing sunrises over the water from our balcony each morning. Quiet, easy to get to the grocery store and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely keep this on our list to stay again should we come back to the area. Thank you so much!

Annual Amelia Island Independence Day Family Trip

Beautifully and simply decorated with great attention to extra comforts. Very clean at check in. Great corner unit windows. No view from master bedroom. We very much enjoyed this bright colorful rental!

Surf and Racquet at Amelia

We loved our condo! It was super clean and fully stocked with everything we would need. It even included shampoos, body wash and soap, and lotions. It came with paper towels and dish soap and sponges. They even had a welcome basket with treats and snacks and coffee pods for the Keurig. We have come to these particular condos for over 10 years and this is the first time we had all these things included with our stay. It was a nice surprise and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Girls Getaway

As the description states, it was truly an Amelia Island gem! The condo was immaculate, well appointed with thoughtful amenities. It was very comfortable for the four of us; having double beds instead of twin beds in the second bedroom was a plus. Access was easy with a punch code. The pool was close and we enjoyed it several times during our stay as well as walks on beach which was a short walk away. Would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for inviting, comfortable condo on Amelia Island.

Perfect, clean, quiet

We needed to be on Amelia Island for a wedding. We found this condo and it was everything it was reviewed as and more. We were nervous with our two year old how this would go but it couldn’t have been better. The condo is in an awesome location right next to the ritz. Plenty of space to spread out on the beach. Even though it overlooks the pool we never had a sound problem at all. The entire complex seemed very clean and everyone was super friendly. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. We will absolutely hope to stay here again.

Viewing the horizon

The property was exactly as depicted in the written description. The pictures were current. The property manager answered our questions promptly. We chose this property because we had stayed at this complex a few years ago and enjoyed our trip. We also wanted a condo that had all flooring with no carpet. This condo fit those requirements and was very clean. We take a family (with our children and grandkids) trip to the beach every summer. Due to Covid, we cancelled it this year. My husband and I had to see the horizon before 2020 ended so we decided to go by ourselves to Amelia.

Great Place

I'm never one to leave a tough review, though I just want to point out a few things. I think the cleaning fee is too high for the level of cleanliness. The place was great, pretty clean, but for the price I'd want spotless + obviously locatable extras like towels, papers, etcetera. The furniture and bed are very worn in and extremely soft. In a world where mattresses can ship in a box, I would like something that is more firm. I'm not being picky, but the bed clearly is worn, as are the couches. Happy that there were beach chairs and an umbrella. Plenty of room. Outstanding location in the building and on the property that made it extremely convenient to check in and out. I would absolutely stay again, but would hope for a few small changes.

Amelia Island family vacation

Amelia Island is gorgeous and the beach is wonderful. The condo was in excellent condition and very well stocked for the beach and for cooking. The communications for arrival and staying there were right on target. The bedroom layouts were good for privacy and quiet. We had a wonderful vacation.
