Nous sommes les fiers nouveaux propriétaires du # 802 Wellington. Ce sera notre 2e été sur VRBO. L'unité a été entièrement rénovée, avec de nouveaux sols partout, de nouveaux meubles, de la peinture fraîche, des téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat dans chaque chambre, et bien plus encore.

Nous prévoyons de profiter de ce condo principalement pour notre usage personnel, et nous l'avons mis à niveau et équipé selon ces normes. Nous espérons sincèrement que vous apprécierez votre séjour ici et que votre séjour dépassera vos attentes.
Nous fournissons presque tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, nouvelle cafetière numérique avec minuterie, mixeur, grille-pain, nouveau gaufrier belge, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, nouveaux plats, argenterie et presque tout le reste que vous désirez. Achetez simplement votre propre nourriture et vos boissons.
Internet sans fil gratuit
3 chambres spacieuses. Roi tempurpédique dans le maître, nouvelle reine dans la deuxième chambre et deux nouveaux jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Toutes les chambres ont un nouveau tapis et de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents montés.
Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage, 8 chaises de plage et 2 parasols.
Le balcon est incroyable. Vue extraordinaire que vous devez voir par vous-même. Accès depuis le salon et aussi depuis la chambre principale.
Le Wellington possède l'un des meilleurs emplacements de North Myrtle Beach. Dans le formidable Ocean Drive "O. D." section de North Myrtle Beach, à seulement dix pâtés de maisons de la rue Main Le bâtiment est relativement petit, avec seulement 28 unités. Mieux encore, la plupart des autres bâtiments voisins sont encore plus petits. Cela signifie que nos clients pourront profiter de cette plage spectaculaire sans se battre contre la foule que vous trouverez dans les grands complexes hôteliers.

Great place to stay!

This is a wonderful condo with a great layout and furnishings, right on the beach! The additional amenities - beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and other toys, umbrellas, and coolers - were terrific. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were on vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our hosts were so gracious, communicative and the facility was top notch. Perfect location for our first Family vacation in about 7 years. Right on the beach with beautiful views all day. I can't recommend this place and these owners highly enough.

The Best

Can’t begin to say how wonderful our stay was. This was our second time staying at this condo and Ted and Ann are simply amazing!! The property is in the best location, the cleanliness was top tier and even though we had an issue this year, it was resolved IMMEDIATELY!!! We will definitely be back and can’t say enough about how wonderful the owners, area and condo is!!!!

North Myrtle Beach family vacation

This condo was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. It was a beautiful condo right on the ocean with plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very easy to work with and the check in and check out process was so simple! We really enjoyed relaxing in the evening by sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. We highly recommend a stay here.

Our family stayed at Ted and ann‘s place and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean, a wonderful location, and the balcony view with the bar height Adirondack chairs was great. Ted was always just a text away if we had any questions. But highly recommend this condo!

Words can not describe this condo. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the pictures do not do the condo justice. From the moment we booked Ted and Ann were amazing!! The entire process was flawless and we have found a new home away from home!!

Great Place!

Very nice clean and perfectly located in North Myrtle. The beach is very quiet and not crowded at all. Condo is updated and has everything you need to prepare meals. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are a great add so you don't have to bring your own. The beer fridge and frosty mugs are also a nice add on. Great place, would stay here again no doubt.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and better! The view from the balcony was the best part - breathtaking! There was plenty of space for my family of five. Having the beach supplies to be able to use was very convenient. Ted was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if traveling back to this area.

Great week at the beach for the family!

Outstanding rental and hope to spend future vacations in this unit. The unit had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The owners did a great job setting the unit up for vacationers. A nice extra touch was placing (4) frosty mugs in the freezer before our arrival...great for that first refreshing drink. Thank you Ted and Ann! We had a great time!

The condo is beautiful and comes with everything you would need for vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels etc... The rooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the views from the balconies are breathtaking. Also close to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely book here again. My family and I felt like we were home. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you so much!

We are Ted and Ann and we live in NC. We've loved visiting North Myrtle Beach since the 80's. When our daughter settled in Conway, SC (about 30 miles from NMB) a few years ago, we decided it was the perfect time to buy a beachfront condo we all can enjoy together.

In our search for an oceanfront condo, we viewed many properties up and down North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.

The Wellington is like no other we saw. From our #801, the beach view is unmatched. We preferred the smaller building (28 units), and liked that it still had many of the amenities of the larger resorts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A few things we love about this condo: Unobstructed beach and ocean view. Large balcony. Master bedroom access to the balcony. Spacious open kitchen. Clean, attractive building with onsite covered parking and an elevator. A quiet part of the beach, away from crowds but within walking distance to activities, restaurants and shopping.
The Wellington scored 100% on all of our must haves. We hope it scores as well with you too.
