Belle vue et beaucoup d'intimité mais à seulement 2 miles de la ville. 5 chambres et 6 salles de bain avec salle d'exercice, salle de jeux et grand espace de vie. Idéal pour un rassemblement de vacances en famille. Près d'Okemo, Bromley, Stratton et Killington. Sur VAST trail.

Des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée et de ski de fond traversent le comté juste devant la porte. Il y a 2 étangs pour le patinage sur glace et la natation en été.

Tous les draps et ustensiles de cuisine fournis. Barbecue à gaz, poêle à bois et beaucoup d'espace ouvert.

Christmas Vacation with Family

My family of 6 adults and one baby stayed here over Christmas-the first time ever away from home as this particular group. When looking for a house, I wanted a home, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a game room. Room for a Christmas tree was a plus. Anne's and Courtlandt's home met all this criteria online and was fabulous in real time! The house is very inviting, we were lacking for nothing. We were close to skiing and shopping and restaurants and we took advantage of all. They offered us their Christmas tree stand and decorations and their pack and play. We had a beautiful vista and lovely walks around the property- it is possible to ice skate on the pond and there's a great sledding hill. The bonus room, gym and sauna are in great shape and helped us all unwind and find common ground. REALLY nice for each family/person to have their own bedroom and bathroom; as were travelling with a family with an infant, the division of the upstairs suited us perfectly. We found everything we needed for cooking including cooking a turkey on Christmas Day. Getting into the house was not a problem, the heat was already on and a fire laid in the wood stove. The owners kept in touch with us from beginning to end and any questions we had were promptly answered - even though they were celebrating their Christmas. Super easy checkout/cleanup. I can't really put into words how peaceful and relaxing this home and vacation were for our family - wish we had booked the whole week. Truly considering a summer time visit to enjoy the views warm weather would bring. I haven't met the owners in person, but did a lot of texting and talking over the phone. They are some of the nicest individuals I have dealt with over years of renting vacation homes, and I am sure they are the reason this house feels like such a home away from home. Cannot go wrong with this property.

Fantastic home for a getaway ski weekend

The home was lovely. Even nicer than the pictures show. Very clean and comfy. Had a group of 10 adults and one child and we had a great time. Lots of space where everyone, game room was a huge hit. Only 25 minutes from Okemo. Would stay again.

Beautiful property for a group

We had a wonderful stay in Chester. We barely left the property, which had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room, the beautiful porch, and the kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we’ve ever stayed at. The two upstairs areas are connected by a little passageway, which was completely fun for the kids. Courtlandt was incredibly friendly and helpful. We hope to repeat our stay!

Wonderful Getaway

What a great place for a getaway! My brothers and I took our families up here for a week of cousin time and it worked out perfectly. The property is ample in size giving everyone enough space. The grounds are beautiful and the kids had a great time catching frogs and salamanders. Nights were spent at the fire pit. All in all, a great experience for everyone!

VT Family Tradition

We rent in VT every year around the holidays and I must say this property was by far the best. Plenty of room, clean and very comfortable. Although most of the days were not conducive for skiing there were plenty of games, puzzles, ping pong, etc. Outside was great for sledding and hiking. Two living areas provided a large TV and game room in one while the second with wood burning stove was great for lounging and reading. Kids in one, adults in the other... perfect! The dining room table was a bit small but we managed to find some additional chairs and squeezed in. All in all a great place!

Great place to stay when you are traveling with family and young children. The house has everything you could ask for. It was so clean and well stocked and the kids loved the game room! The big beautiful back yard and ponds were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!! Aloha!!!

Outstanding., huge, clean and beautiful inside & out!

Don't think twice about this amazing house. It's perfect for a big group looking for a private retreat as we had 6 couples. EACH couple had their own BR and full bath (and their was availability for at least 2 more couples to have their own sleep area and full bath). Beyond that the house has more than enough room inside and outside to lounge/hang out, grill, hike the trails, play games, play music and/or just enjoy the incredible view and grounds. An added bonus was that Courtlandt was a great host, easy to get in contact with, text-checked in on us to assure all was good, and above all was VERY helpful & flexible before and during our stay. Without hesitation, I absolutely recommend this property to anyone regardless if you and your guests are high maintenance or low key. This is one really nice and amazing house and property.

Our winter getaway

We highly recommend this house!! Everything was perfect! Courtlandt was a pleasure to deal with, the house was beautiful and very clean and the setting was breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and there was plenty of entertainment for our rainy day inside. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend

The house and view are great, plenty of space and things to keep you busy, we had unfortunate weather with lots of rain but still found plenty to keep up happy, the owner came by to check on something in the basement but it was not long and wasn't overly inconvenient to us at all, the amenities are great and we all had a great weekend, overall my favorite vacation house that we have rented in our 3 years of renting summer getaways

Beautiful home with tons of space and gorgeous views

This is one of those rare places that looks even better in person than in the photographs. The house is spacious, with two separate wings that make it suitable for couples/families who would like some space, with a huge back porch with lovely views to the mountains. Courtlandt was a great communicator and very easy to work with. We would certainly consider staying there again!
