Une chaloupe en aluminium de 12 'et trois kayaks pour adultes inclus dans la location !!!!

Cette location spectaculaire est une oasis naturelle d'un monde occupé, mais accessible à de nombreuses destinations touristiques populaires du nord-ouest du Michigan. La maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. La chambre principale est une mezzanine avec vue sur le lac avec lit king et salle de bain privée. Le niveau principal dispose de 2 chambres privées avec lits queen et 1 salle de bain partagée. Le niveau inférieur fini de la maison a une chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants et un canapé-lit queen dans la salle de divertissement avec une salle de bain complÚte à ce niveau.

Le salon principal et la terrasse spacieuse avec table de pique-nique et mobilier de jardin offrent une vue sur le lac. DĂ©tendez-vous et laissez le stress de la vie quotidienne disparaĂźtre en entendant les douces vagues frapper le rivage tout en sirotant votre cafĂ© du matin dans la salle des trois saisons. Cette maison a une trĂšs grande cour menant au lac - parfait pour les jeux en plein air. Le quai a un coin salon et une Ă©chelle et est accessible Ă  certaines des eaux les plus profondes du lac Big Platte. Vous trouverez de nombreuses cannes Ă  pĂȘche de base et de l'Ă©quipement Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du garage pour votre usage. Un bateau Ă  rames de 12 pieds en aluminium et trois kayaks pour adultes sont Ă©galement disponibles Ă  vos propres risques.

Perfect Lake House

Our family of 7 adults and 1 infant fit comfortably well. Great location, close to Frankfort and the Sleeping Bear National Park. Would stay there again.

Wonderful house! It was perfect for our family of five with three kids plus two grandparents. The beach is awesome - our two year old LOVED it, and the shallow warm clear water provided great swimming every day for the big kids. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we could need - plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, bug spray and sunscreen, life jackets etc. Fantastic place on the best lake!

Great fishing location

We caught a bunch of bass and perch from the dock, we were super close to a lot of great Lake Michigan beaches, and for floating down the Platte river.

Great family vacation

We had a really great family vacation. The location was perfect for exploring different beaches and hikes. The home was well stocked and including beach towels was a huge plus. It was easy for us to settle in for the week. Thank you for opening your cottage to us.

Excellent location on Platte Lake

We loved our stay on Platte Lake. The backyard beach and dock were great for our family. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Being able to dock our boat right in the back yard was a huge plus for us. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The location in Birch Cove is probably the best on Platte Lake. We will come back!

Nice views and lake location. Home water not so great, bathrooms small and home needs some updating. Enjoyed outside activities and the general area. Manager was great.

Fun on Platte Lake

The family had a great time at Wha'Cha Dune! Property was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the downstairs area, the beach and neighbors were nice too. Would definitely recommend.

Best stay ever

This property and experience was the best we have ever had. We have been coming to Big Platte for over 30 years. The place was incredible and so well stocked. The owners were so responsive and nice. I could go on and on but just trust me when I say it was a wonderful vacation.

Annual Up-North

Very nice home on Big Platte Lake. We enjoyed the lake, nearby Frankfort,and the firepit down by the water. Nice to be somewhere different (than Glen Arbor). Owners provide nice additional amenities -- beach towels, water shoes, kayaks and a row boat. They were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would stay there again.

A Perfect Week

This home provided everything needed to make our week on Platte Lake very special. The layout, room sizes, furniture, kitchen and deck were perfect and easily accommodated our party of 6 adults. The grounds were spacious and the dock and lakefront access served our pontoon boat and wave runner very well.

Great place!

This is a wonderful property. Perfect location on the lake with all the necessary amenities. It is quite spacious and comfortable with something for everyone. The owners were terrific to work with and always responded quickly to any questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time which ended all too soon.

Wonderful family vacation up north

This was our second time renting this home. We loved the location as it felt private yet was near the places we like to visit when we go up north. The weather was perfect for enjoying outdoor activities during our stay but the home was well stocked with books, games and a large television (which we never turned on!!) for rainy days. We hope to visit again!

We had some family up for our 50 th anniversary and all had a great time. Fire pit is in a perfect location and the yard quite large. The location is great with plenty to do in all directions! The house has a great floor plan and has plenty of room. It is also stocked very well

Wonderful lake house

We had the best family vacation at this home! The view was perfect, the lake was delightful, and the neighbors were friendly. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and enjoy tubing and fishing. Overall, a very relaxing week, and we would recommend this home to rent. Well stocked with cooking necessities, plenty of towels and personal care items.The general location was very good, close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, and Frankfort. The owners even left a treat bag for us upon arrival!

This is truly an outstanding property on Platte Lake! We have stayed at many different properties over 40+ years, and this rates as good as we’ve had. The owners were responsive, the house was perfect for our family- 6 adults and 5 little ones- 7-11 yrs old The house size, deck, back yard, beach, and dock all fit our needs to make it a wonderful vacation- we’ll be back!

Great family vacation!

My family loved staying at this property. The owners were very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The well-stocked kitchen, second refrigerator in the garage and gas grill made meal preparation very easy. We appreciated the access to the fishing equipment and kayaks, making use of them almost every day. The location of the home was perfect for all the activities our family loves doing when we are Up North. We look forward to staying again next year!

Family vacation

This location was wonderful. He provided us with great weather. And I almost caught the biggest fish in my life. We had a wonderful time. Took use of the kayaks and fishing equipment frequently.Towards the end of the week we had some issues with the iron in the water staining clothes. Highly recommend this house. I wouldn’t hesitate in a second to go back

We love northern Michigan so much and especially the area around Big Platte Lake. Matt grew up vacationing on Big Platte so it’s very special to be able to return and continue the tradition. MaryBeth grew up primarily in Traverse City and enjoys spending time with family when up north. Our careers have taken us outside the state for the time being but look forward to every minute we get to spend "Up North".
