Nouveau sur le marché locatif en avril 2018, notre condo est prêt pour vos vacances au paradis! Amenez la famille ou quelques couples et profitez de la vie de la station au cœur du Waikoloa Beach Resort. Situé sur le quatrième trou du Waikoloa Beach Course, vous pouvez jouer un tour ou vous pouvez vous asseoir sur la véranda et regarder!
Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à The King's Shops et Queen's Marketplace qui offrent une grande variété de boutiques, de restaurants et d'activités pour vous tenir aussi occupé que vous le souhaitez. Un cinéma "de luxe" a ouvert ses portes en début d'année. Apportez votre crème solaire car le condo est à distance de marche de la magnifique plage d'Anaeho'omalu où vous pourrez vous détendre, faire de la plongée avec tuba, du paddleboard ou simplement regarder les gens. Juste devant l'entrée du complexe se trouve le King's Petroglyph Trail, un morceau d'histoire incroyable!

Trenae and Paul’s place was great. This is our third stay in this complex and this is by far the best. Loved all the room to spread out and they had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

The location is lovely, everything is so close by, shopping ,restaurants and beaches. Its at the center of major attractions, 30 mins from airport. Hosts are super lovely and welcoming, all great amenities in the house.

Great trip to the big island!

We loved our stay in this Big Island unit. The condo was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having so many chairs and umbrellas available and there was even a full supply of sunscreen. The grounds were great with an amazing pool and wonderful golf course views.

Spring Break Trip

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.

Terrific condo with pride of ownership throughout. Clean, well stocked and in great condition. Trenae was so thorough in her communications and was very accommodating throughout the process. Quiet condo in Waikola

The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The condo is within easy walking distance of the King shops and the Queen’s marketplace. We enjoyed the condo very much.

Great stay in Waikoloa

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the selection of beach gear made our trips to the water a breeze. We definitely hope to be back again!

Very comfy, well equipped condo. Excellent communication from owners. There’s a helpful notebook on the counter with info about local beaches and restaurants. The kids loved being walking distance to the shopping mall and Starbucks!

When looking for the ideal location for our family to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort had it all. We love to golf and can walk to the beach with a snorkel, or take a break at the shops. The fact that the Big Island has such a variety of things to do was attractive to our teens and hopefully keeps them traveling with us to our home in paradise!

The loft is a perfect teen/tween space. In our case it allows our teens to have their own space.
