Ce condo de luxe joliment décoré de trois chambres est situé au cœur de Waikoloa Beach Resort. Sans unités au-dessus ou en dessous, le condo offre le plus d'intimité. Il est nouvellement décoré professionnellement aux couleurs de l'océan avec des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable. Il est entièrement chargé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances à Hawaï.
Le condo a cinq plages à moins de dix minutes en voiture. Une plage est à distance de marche et cette plage offre la natation, la plongée en apnée, l'observation des baleines, les voiles au coucher du soleil et d'autres activités. Toutes les plages sont excellentes pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée et la plongée et il y a des tortues et plusieurs variétés de poissons à voir. Le condo est juste à côté de l'ancienne piste de pétroglyphes hawaïen. D'autres activités à distance de marche sont le vélo, le golf et le shopping. Certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'île sont situés dans les centres commerciaux King et Queen, accessibles à pied. Les centres commerciaux présentent des spectacles hawaïens gratuits plusieurs fois par semaine. Un Starbucks est à cinq minutes à pied. Ce condo est situé à proximité du Waikoloa Hilton et du Marriott qui proposent également des événements spéciaux et des restaurants. Les magasins de plongée sont à proximité pour ceux qui s'intéressent à la plongée en apnée, à la plongée ou aux visites. Venez profiter de la Big Island dans le plus bel endroit d'Hawaï. Super comfortable and very well-decorated. Quiet and well-appointed. Property managers were responsive and super knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings, the landscaping is gorgeous. Property itself felt very secure, safe to walk around, etc. and the location was perfect.

Nancy was very welcoming and the place was extremely well stocked. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The unit itself is large and comfortable and the pool nearby is also fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

This lovely property had everything we needed for a perfect week on the Big Island. Nancy checked us in and was full of helpful information on making the best of our stay. It was an easy drive to Hapuna, an easy drive to the marvelous food in Waimea, and a quick walk to the marvelous food at Queens marketplace. Clean, comfortable, with a lovely small pool right on the property – I hope we can come again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. The location was fantastic.Loved how bright the unit was and there was a nice view. It’s an end unit so it felt very private with no one above or below us and neighbors on only one side.

House was as listed, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first 4 days and was quite a struggle to get it fixed with concierge there 4 days in a row! Two days before we checked out when needing to do laundry before packing to come home the dryer had quit working but was easily fixed the next day! Perfect location to shopping, eating, beaches and access to the rest of the beautiful island! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay with my 96-year-old mom and 76 year old sister. We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. The views during the day and evening are beautiful. Entire home is well-maintained and well supplied.Hope to visit again.

Outstanding location, host, and property

Beautiful house for our first time visit to the big island. Had everything we needed for a family vacation including swimming and snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and floats. The location is a quick walk to the local beach, and plenty of shopping nearby as well.

Walking Distance to everything fun

We loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurant, beach and peaceful walks along the shore. We loved the sunset cruise which departed from the beach . Giant Turtles on the beach at sunset. Enjoyed the pool after Our daily adventures just a lovely time.

Quiet and restful

The complex is very quiet and immaculately landscaped. The condo seems to be one of the largest, and is very comfortable. A wonderful stay.

This is a great place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at this recently remodeled 3 bedroom condo on the golf course. It is very comfortable and located with in easy walking distance of two shopping areas which have a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. "A" bay is a very short distance and has a fine beach with snorkeling, paddle boarding and other activities. This is a great place to stay.

This unit is a wonderful place to stay in Waikoloa. The location inside Fairway Villas is perfect, allowing easy walks to the Kings and Queens shops. The townhouse itself is well stocked with everything you need, and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a great place for up to three couples to make their home away from home. Although there is no reserved parking spot, it was not difficult to find an available visitor spot to park in, even during a busy 4th of July weekend.

I am a long time geologist who has traveled the world and fell in love with the Big Island years ago. Owning a condo here has been one of my dreams.

The Big Island has more climate diversity than almost anywhere on earth. From arid to tropical rainforest to the barren heights of nearly 14,000 feet. It has the only active volcano in Hawaii. Although bigger than all the other islands combined it is largely unpopulated and unspoiled. And yet, some of the best restaurants in Hawaii are here. The weather is always good. There are few bugs. The snorkeling and diving are first class. Come and see.

Unlike many condo complexes in this area Fairway Villas has shops, restaurants and even the beach within walking distance. It's nice having Starbucks five minutes away.
