Abordable Ocean Front condo situé au coeur de Mission Beach. Cette propriété de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain 6 couchages et a un accès direct à la plage et la promenade. Le condo a une laveuse / s����cheuse empilée et une terrasse privée pour stocker les vélos et l'���quipement de plage. Il y a un espace de stationnement désigné directement derrière la maison. L'unité partage le patio de la zone commune de front de mer qui offre un barbecue pour utilisation. Situ����� sur Ocean Front Walk pr���s d'Ormond Court. Cette unit������� n'a pas de climatisation. (Condition d'��ge minimum de 25 ans pour tous les invités non accompagnés d'un parent ou d'un tuteur.)

Les clients ont acc��s à l'ensemble de l'unité, une terrasse arrière privée, une place de parking, et le patio face à l'oc��an partagé.

Very convenient to get to the beach and room very spacious, kitchen very large all utensils we needed, parking was perfect, walking distance to everything. LOVED it would like yo stay there agsin next year. HIGHLY recommend this place.

The place was clean and cheerful. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We had a side view of the ocean but we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Who walked the beach was short and we were able to walk anywhere in town and did not have to take our car out once. We had a lovely visit.

Overall our stay was fine. However the refrigerator is on its way out as it makes a loud vibrating noise. The sofa beds are in disrepair and there were only 4 forks.

Well-loved beach house

Location and size of the condo was excellent, however it could use a deep cleaning and a few minor repairs/updates. Had issues with the wifi but resolved within 24 hours. Also, there appears to be a security camera in the hallway of the condos next door that could point right into the bedrooms. Slightly alarming, keep the blinds shut. Kitchen had everything we needed but questioned the cleanliness of dishes, etc. Great dining options nearby and a short walk to Belmont Park. Overall the stay was great, condo just needs a bit more attention to details for price per night.

Great location, good communicaion, but dated and not clean

We were pleased by the location, parking and communication with the owners, but very disappointed by the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property. We found hair on the bed dust and dirt under the beds. It was obvious no one had cleaned under there for a long time. Bathroom had dirt all along the baseboard and water marks. The outside was not clean either. I walked out to dog poop on the door mat and the common tables looking out toward the beach were old and of the cheapest quality. The tub to the main bath was warped and counters in the bath and kitchen dated. Why charge a cleaning fee if they are not going to clean. The internet TV and internet was fine.

Great Location

Perfect location for the beach! I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night, no problem sleeping. We do feel the place needs some tlc, mattresses should be replaced. Updated linens. But, we enjoyed ourselves & really enjoyed our time in San Diego!

It's not fancy, but it's the perfect location and has plenty of space (especially with that back patio) to enjoy the wonderful beaches. Just a couple blocks from restaurants, surf board rentals, etc.

Wonderful

I stayed at a condo that was on Mission Beach and there were a lot of restaurants and shops around us and Belmont Park was half a mile down the road from us. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to do it again.

Everything was great, especially the location. Nothing beats being able to open up the door and walking a few steps to feel the sand under your feet.

Wonderful location but not clean

The location is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not. The bathtub in the master bathroom had visible dirt on the bottom and hair. The bathroom shower rugs in both bathrooms had what looked like food stains. There was also a huge glob on the wall in the second bedroom. Especially gross during Covid. I would say that this place had a cheap motel feel that was not great particularly since you are paying beach prices. Appreciated the local restaurants and bike shop but will not stay again at this listing.
