Les meilleurs sièges sur la plage @ ~ One Door to the Shore ~ OCEAN VIEW !!! Meilleur emplacement Charmant Beach House. Maison individuelle de 2 chambres et 2 étages. Première maison depuis la promenade avec plus de 400 pieds carrés de terrasse privée face à l'océan. Asseyez-vous avec vue sur le surf de sable et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Endormez-vous et réveillez-vous au son des vagues. 5 couchages, plus il y a un canapé-lit queen size en mousse à mémoire dans le salon. La chambre principale à l'étage a un lit Queen et des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un patio ensoleillé spacieux et délicieux. Le patio est très privé et protégé avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il est agréable de s'asseoir là-bas pour le café du matin, les bains de soleil et les soirées privés avec les sons relaxants du surf. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec lit double + lit double. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, y compris la cafetière et le mélangeur essentiels. Vue sur l'océan à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Vous avez un barbecue au propane de bonne taille sur le pont avant.
La salle de bain a une baignoire à griffes romantique pour une soirée relaxante + une douche séparée.
Le garage attaché à une voiture s'ouvre manuellement et convient à la plupart des voitures et VUS. Cuisine, fenêtres et revêtements de sol neufs partout.
5-6 personnes TV / câble entièrement meublé, Netflix.
Promenez-vous facilement le long de la promenade vers les meilleurs restaurants de Mission Beach et le café / petit-déjeuner en plein air préféré. 3/4 mile au nord du parc d'attractions Belmont, à 5 km de Sea World. À 8 km du centre-ville et de l'aéroport. Grands sentiers de vélo autour de la baie et de l'océan. Également situé en face de l'hôtel Catamaran sur la baie de Mission Beach qui propose toutes sortes de locations de sports nautiques et le plus fabuleux brunch du dimanche sur la plage. Ceci est un excellent emplacement pour des vacances à la plage!

From out side you can see the ocean on the patio... There was construction to the house next store.had tarps making nose..when the wind would blow. And it did for the two days we were there.. Kind of messed with beautiful view and ambiance of eating outside.. No t v or wifi .. Called the host.She said she called the provider, but it never came on.. Had to do business on the computer.So had to walk to coffee shop.. The house is nice.Set up for family fun.. Centrally, located?.. Rooms are clean it was an easy.. G p s to find. The house.. The host was real good about letting us check in a little early.. And we could possibly check out a little late.But we didn't notice the text soon enough.. No TV and no Wi-Fi... With the sound of the tarps blowing.. is the only downfall? Other than that, it was everything.I thought it would be.. Cute little old beach house..

We had great experience with minor issues but resolved immediately by the owner which we appreciated much. Highly recommended bec the place is very cozy and homey! Love the reading area up on the second floor.. so nice with the sound of the waves.. what more can we ask for? The front porch has outstanding views and sounds.. really good to enjoy our coffer. What a nice stay, very close to everything! We loved sitting out on the front porch listening to the waves. Super nice to have a kitchen right there to come back and grab snacks throughout the day. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great Location

Wonderful house with amazing views of the ocean. Nothing better than coffee on the front porch watching the waves. Even saw dolphins from the house one morning. Close to restaurants and activities.

Baby's first trip to the beach

We absolutely loved this gem on the beach. So close for my 1 year old grandson to walk to the beach. It was perfect and hope to use it again.

Great location. OK house

You can’t beat this location. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the front porch. I was disappointed in the quality of the house. It seemed nicer in the photos. It needs a deep clean, and they need to change their sheets that have stains. But Cindy was super helpful and nice. Parking is tough but that was to be expected in this area.

We are most interested in a positive guest experience, and always check in with our guests after arrival. If cleaning is not to your satisfaction, I have my number posted to call and have them come back. This is a highly used property, I will personally check on any linens that need to be removed from the rotation.

Best beach house I've had the pleasure of renting. A simply perfect locale - close to anything you could need. Owners were responsive and checked in on us via text. I needed a few days away with my youngest and this place was perfect for us. We will be back!

Charming Home in Great Location

Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego.

We love the size of the front deck and the relaxing view. Being this close to the beach, makes for an enjoyable beach vacation. You can watch your kids play on the sand, from the front deck and it is a short walk to the left for Ocean swimming. Uncrowded surf spot directly in front of the house. The garage houses plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella.
Yarmouth Ct is a very nice, quiet coutyard, primarily owner occupied, This house maximizes outdoor space to really enjoy the pleasures of being seaside, with the comfort of home. 2 tiered deck offers unobstructed sit down views of sand surf and spectacular sunsets! The private patio is a bonus on cooler or windy days as it is private & protected. Makes for a great work space.
It is hard to beat the location for a relaxing family Beach Vacation!

This house has lots of Beach Charm, We love the privacy of being one house in from the boardwalk with unobstructed Ocean views as well as sit down views of the shore line and sunsets. We like to park our car in the garage and walk along the shore to great restaurants or bike around the boardwalk. We remodeled the front deck to maximize our outdoor space, plenty of room for entertaining. My favorite part of the house is the spacious and private sun patio off the upstairs master bedroom. It is protected from the breeze and is filled with the sounds of the surf.
