Les meilleurs siÚges sur la plage @ ~ One Door to the Shore ~ OCEAN VIEW !!! Meilleur emplacement Charmant Beach House. Maison individuelle de 2 chambres et 2 étages. PremiÚre maison depuis la promenade avec plus de 400 pieds carrés de terrasse privée face à l'océan. Asseyez-vous avec vue sur le surf de sable et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Endormez-vous et réveillez-vous au son des vagues. 5 couchages, plus il y a un canapé-lit queen size en mousse à mémoire dans le salon. La chambre principale à l'étage a un lit Queen et des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un patio ensoleillé spacieux et délicieux. Le patio est trÚs privé et protégé avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il est agréable de s'asseoir là-bas pour le café du matin, les bains de soleil et les soirées privés avec les sons relaxants du surf. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec lit double + lit double. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, y compris la cafetiÚre et le mélangeur essentiels. Vue sur l'océan à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Vous avez un barbecue au propane de bonne taille sur le pont avant.
La salle de bain a une baignoire à griffes romantique pour une soirée relaxante + une douche séparée.
Le garage attachĂ© Ă  une voiture s'ouvre manuellement et convient Ă  la plupart des voitures et VUS. Cuisine, fenĂȘtres et revĂȘtements de sol neufs partout.
5-6 personnes TV / cùble entiÚrement meublé, Netflix.
Promenez-vous facilement le long de la promenade vers les meilleurs restaurants de Mission Beach et le cafĂ© / petit-dĂ©jeuner en plein air prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©. 3/4 mile au nord du parc d'attractions Belmont, Ă  5 km de Sea World. À 8 km du centre-ville et de l'aĂ©roport. Grands sentiers de vĂ©lo autour de la baie et de l'ocĂ©an. Également situĂ© en face de l'hĂŽtel Catamaran sur la baie de Mission Beach qui propose toutes sortes de locations de sports nautiques et le plus fabuleux brunch du dimanche sur la plage. Ceci est un excellent emplacement pour des vacances Ă  la plage!

We had great experience with minor issues but resolved immediately by the owner which we appreciated much. Highly recommended bec the place is very cozy and homey! Love the reading area up on the second floor.. so nice with the sound of the waves.. what more can we ask for? The front porch has outstanding views and sounds.. really good to enjoy our coffer. Thank you!

Incredible Cottage in Mission Beach

Cottage Beach House

We loved our stay here. Perfect location with a huge deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The private balcony off the second floor bedroom was amazing. We would definitely stay again

Great location. OK house

You can’t beat this location. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the front porch. I was disappointed in the quality of the house. It seemed nicer in the photos. It needs a deep clean, and they need to change their sheets that have stains. But Cindy was super helpful and nice. Parking is tough but that was to be expected in this area.

Great stay!

What a nice stay, very close to everything! We loved sitting out on the front porch listening to the waves. Super nice to have a kitchen right there to come back and grab snacks throughout the day. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great Location

Wonderful house with amazing views of the ocean. Nothing better than coffee on the front porch watching the waves. Even saw dolphins from the house one morning. Close to restaurants and activities.

Baby's first trip to the beach

We absolutely loved this gem on the beach. So close for my 1 year old grandson to walk to the beach. It was perfect and hope to use it again.

PERFECTION

Best beach house I've had the pleasure of renting. A simply perfect locale - close to anything you could need. Owners were responsive and checked in on us via text. I needed a few days away with my youngest and this place was perfect for us. We will be back!

Charming Home in Great Location

Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego.

Nice to be on the beach

Cindy was terrific to work with. This property is located right on the beach. If you plan to stay here, it is important to know that the property could use a great deal of TLC. But again, Cindy was very responsive and very easy to work with.

We found our favorite beach cottage!!!

We love staying at various cottages on Mission Beach each time we travel to San Diego to visit our family but now we've found our go-to spot! The location is absolutely perfect. The upstairs bedroom and sun room are new and fresh. The additional 1/2 bath upstairs was a nice surprise. The main floor is cute and comfortable. We did have a problem with the TV and the cable which was a bit of a bother on the cold windy nights during our stay but the owner got the cable guy there first thing Monday morning. She was also kind enough to offer us late check out for our inconvenience. Can't wait to come back during the summer time!

Very close to beach!

Property was great spot by the beach and lots of places to eat with in walking distance. There was construction going on while we were there and garage spot was inaccessible for 2 out of the four days and parking nearby wasn’t easy to come by. That was our only issue otherwise had a great stay

We love the size of the front deck and the relaxing view. Being this close to the beach, makes for an enjoyable beach vacation. You can watch your kids play on the sand, from the front deck and it is a short walk to the left for Ocean swimming. Uncrowded surf spot directly in front of the house. The garage houses plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella.
Yarmouth Ct is a very nice, quiet coutyard, primarily owner occupied, This house maximizes outdoor space to really enjoy the pleasures of being seaside, with the comfort of home. 2 tiered deck offers unobstructed sit down views of sand surf and spectacular sunsets! The private patio is a bonus on cooler or windy days as it is private & protected. Makes for a great work space.
It is hard to beat the location for a relaxing family Beach Vacation!

This house has lots of Beach Charm, We love the privacy of being one house in from the boardwalk with unobstructed Ocean views as well as sit down views of the shore line and sunsets. We like to park our car in the garage and walk along the shore to great restaurants or bike around the boardwalk. We remodeled the front deck to maximize our outdoor space, plenty of room for entertaining. My favorite part of the house is the spacious and private sun patio off the upstairs master bedroom. It is protected from the breeze and is filled with the sounds of the surf.
