Nicely decorated 1 bedroom 1 bath full washer dryer kitchen few blocks to beach walking distance 3 houses from.bay 2 beach tags close to atlantic city casinos resturants night life .. can walk to stores ect . all new paint new silverware pots pans coffee cups glasses air conditioners bowls front patio furniture new new flooring last summer new drop ceiling in kitchen and bathroom very close to concerts on beach by library most every weekend . enjoy this all new apartment

We had a wonderful time in this beach house. The host was cordial and helpful at all times.

This Ventnor City property is a quaint little beach house. It was very comfortable, and it was everything we expected . I was surprised to see the host had supplied us with everything we needed from brand new dishes to pots and pans to even batteries and scotch tape. The only thing missing was a toaster, but we made due making toast the old fashion way. We highly recommend this place and plan on returning in September. You won't be disappointed.

Very poor maintance both inside and outside. Website pictures do not reflect reality.

We spent one week at this property, it is a dark house because we had to keep blinds closed for privacy, we could hear steps from upstairs, all doors except front one do not close . The fridge door is dirty and/or rusted, hanging ceiling throughout the house damaged, with humidity stains and torn in some places. Bath floor is uneven with a hole at the baseboard. Plates and silverware were a mix of collected patterns. Bedroom blinds filter light. As far as outdoors, there is a small patio with old and rusted furniture, there were some nice plants in the small front yard, but it is full of weeds. Positive comments, property is conveniently located, is 4 blocks from beach, two blocks from a drugstore, quiet street. Owner took care of a kitchen leak right away. Comfortable beds. I do not recommend the house in the current condition, it would improve tremendously with a small investment of money and effort.

It's a beach house inventory houses are close together so you will hear things outside . The only drop ceiling is in kitchen not threw out house . Bed is brand new pull out bed also brand new . I didn't know the dishes needed to be matching china . But I'll get new kitchen items . Flooring also brand new with new concrete under vinyl. And paint also new and bright colors .

Great stay for Phish concerts on the beach!

Robert was attentive to my emails and texts. Had a good convo about the area when we checked in. About a 15 min drive to boardwalk near Caesars due to the insane amount of stop lights. DO NOT SPEED on the main roads per Robert. Plenty of city transportation but we parked in the casinos for twenty-five dollars (special event price i guess). The rental was on the ground floor of their duplex. The top floor was the owner. Both are separate. We didn't hear anything going on upstairs or outside when we were inside. Neighborhood is quiet and chill. The renter uses street parking and that can be tough to find on the weekends. They give you 2 beach passes b/c evidently it costs to go onto the beach. The kitchen was stocked adequately. They provided trash bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, hotel samples for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The check it is a door lock box with a single house key. We had 4 people in the rental. We didn't use the couch bed. We had a air mattress. The place was cool and clean. The AC blows on you when in the main bed. I didn't mind. Would stay again.

Love Love Love

Omg! OMG! OH...EM...GEEE!! Tens across the board. Communication: Bob was great. Response time was excellent. He gave us his direct line to contact him and was always responsive, kind and clear. Property: Cute!!! Beautiful decor and comfy. In a great quiet location with everything nearby. Five minutes in any direction and you can find something fun and exciting to do and then head back to this calm, quiet and relaxing vibe to recharge. Amenities: Yeeeeesssss!! Just as advertised! A/C in every room. Two televisions. Pots and pans. W/D. Pots and Pans. Dishes. Cutlery. Pots and Pans. A box full of menus from nearby restaurants. Beach passes...YES! Beach passes...Pots and pans and front porch siting area. In my experience, rentals say they have pots and pans and I find one maybe two pots. I was able to cook a full meal with some baked goodies for a night in. Grocery store was about 3 mins away (in case you were wondering). Cleanliness: Ok...I might have to give a 9.5 here. Nothing too crazy. There were some strand of hair on the bathroom floor which I was able to wash away with the shower, but it could have been cleaner and the chairs on the front porch were a bit dirty from the outside element. Bob, I would suggest getting covers so you can wash and change them. Hospitality: Wonderful!!! The whole stay from check in to check out was easy like Sunday mornings. Easy to do and easy on my soul. To my black readers, in my experience and reading/listening to others, hospitality when traveling is always one of our greatest battles and concerns. One night as me and my cousin left for a night of shenanigans we walked by Bob standing outside talking to someone. He introduced himself, made sure we were good, let us know we could reach out to him for anything, recommended some spots nearby to check out and went about his business. He was GREAT! It was refreshing. Ok, I'm done now! 🙂

Great escape

We had a wonderful time staying here. Close enough to walk to the beach with a few restaurants nearby. Everything was exactly how it was portrayed.

Beach cottge

The communication with the property manager was a nightmare, he wouldn't respond to my questions, made difficult and stressful. The property itself wasn't bad, just the communication process.
