The property was clean and was in a great area. The heating system was excellent and I appreciated having access to the balcony outside of the bedroom. Appreciated having TVs in bedroom and living room. Here are some very minor suggestions: provide extra wash cloths, provide an extra roll of paper towels, an unopened bottle of handsoap for bathroom, pot holders in kitchen, an iron and ironing board. These are minor suggestions but they would not preclude me from reserving property again.

Perfect location for beach and boardwalk as well as for shops on Asbury and the grocery store. Apartment was very clean, odor-free, and accommodated all our needs. Having the outdoor deck was wonderful for morning tea and Happy Hour. Covered parking was a nice bonus. Host was great, communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointed with both air conditioners “clean filter” lights on and units very dirty blowing dirty air. Was disappointed that we had only 3 towels for 7 days. Otherwise it was just okay
.. I didn’t realize there was no pool when I booked. Very tiny apartment for a week, 2 nights here tops I recommend.

Place was great, super convenient to everything. The grey couch bed was not the most comfortable. I opted for the chair/bed which was more comfortable. My in-laws slept in the bed and my son on the murphy bed. Super quick response from the owner on any questions we had about the property. The key access to the stairwell was a bit tricky to open. Thank you for hosting us.

The property is located walks away from ocean, board walk, water park and grocery stores. No need to drive anywhere. Our host Josue was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Our family would definitely love to stay again.

Things started off a little rough since the lock box didn't work and we couldn't get into the property, but the on-site hotel manager was able to assist us in cooperation with the property owner. Nice having a parking spot & walking distance to the boardwalk.

Could not stay

Upon arrive a cockroach came out of the couch and ran in the molding on the wall. Had no other choice to stay elsewhere. Host was absolutely NO HELP and would not return money unless I left a positive review (have this in a text). Awful experience and will never recommend .

Helpful host.

The condo was well stocked, very clean with attractive decor. The location was close to the boardwalk, the ocean and the downtown shopping area.

Quiet Stay

Overall everything was good, but not having the heat on at all before a guest arrives is not good for a winter rental. It took 6-7 hours for the room to be warm enough to be comfortable. My wife had to use a hat, coat, and quilt to keep warm until after 10:00 the first night. We thought we might have to leave and go elsewhere.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) to stay on vacation. Perfect location just 1.5 blocks away from the boardwalk. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. The place was very cleaner and owner provided everything we needed. We were able to fit 2 pack n plays in the bedroom. Plenty of sleeping options with a bed in the bedroom, a pull out couch, and a Murphy bed. The balcony was also a nice feature to have a little more added space and enjoy the fresh air. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again!

Perfect getaway

Location is premium. A block from the boardwalk at 9th (Manco’s and Shriver’s!). Covered parking spot. Super easy check in. Host was very responsive and gracious. Place was clean and was exactly as posted. Would definitely stay here again!
