The Cozy Seahorse Cottage, a few steps to the beach!

We invite and welcome you to enjoy Ocean City, New Jersey. This beautiful beach cottage includes all the amenities for a memorable stay at the beach any time of the year. A cozy gem in the Gold Coast section of town that has everything you need: Meticulously clean, featuring a top deck for alfresco dining and morning coffee, full kitchen, dishwasher, A/C, electric heat, stacked washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided), WIFI, smart TV, spacious walk-in shower, grill, and picnic table. As an added bonus, it is a 3-minute walk to the beach! Two playgrounds, tennis courts and a golf course are all within walking distance. You can also explore the nearby boardwalk, local restaurants and shops with two bikes included.

The cottage is a top 2nd floor unit behind a separate 4-unit property. Sleeping arrangements include a custom-made Murphy (full) bed and an additional pull out (twin) bed, sleeps 3 people total.

*Cottage features - keypad entry - private entrance - front top deck with table and 2 chairs - full kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 bar stool counter seating, full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, glassware, cutlery, basic cooking staples and spices - high speed WIFI (Xfinity Performance plan, modem with fast download speeds of 1200 Mbps) - Smart TV with YouTube TV included and access to apps such as Netflix using your personal accounts - outdoor shower - shared downstairs picnic table - clothes lines - 2 bikes - beach chairs - 3 beach badges - fresh linens/bed sheets and bath towels are provided

Property was immaculate and offered everything you needed, except there were no washcloths in the bathroom. Owner should check first step To property and the first step to the second set of steps. These two steps are not uniform in size thus creating a serious tripping hazard. Outleti by the Ac unit was not operable. Owners very easy to work with AND responsive to calls.

Very clean, nicely appointed with needs for the week. Unfortunately, we could not get TV to work. Occupant fell because of variance in deck steps.

The property was well-cleaned and provided us with everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hosts were very helpful with providing all of the information regarding the property before the stay to make the trip very easy. It was a very relaxing stay at this property and the area was beautiful.

Absolutely loved our accommodations. Spotless, attractive decor, etc. Close to beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoy enjoy the place. It was clean and convenient like the area. Everything was fine however, I did get a splinter from the deck. I think the top of the wood on the deck just needs to be treated because when you put your hand on it splinters easily come up or trust me that was our only issue.

Everything You Need

The Cozy Seahorse has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. There are quite a few places to walk to or ride the provided bikes. We'd not only recommend, but will likely stay there again.

SO CLEAN

The cottage was tiny but absolutely perfect. It was super well equipped. The dish soap, and kitchen supplies were so helpful to have. The dishes, silverware and pans were in perfect shape. It is so tastefully decorated and has a great feel. We enjoyed eating at the little table on the deck and it was so helpful to have the gate at the top to keep our little dog contained. I would mention to those with poor balance that the cottage is not quite level and may cause an issue. Because of this we give it a 9/10. It was wonderful!
